Bought for my daughter. Shes 6. Its fast at lowest speed, so we havent tried all speeds until she is ready to move up.. so far easiest thing ive ever put together. Battery seems to last decently, charges fast. I love how it has a digital speed, options to change the speed and has lights. Its a little heavy and size is perfect. I did ride it quickly, smooth ride due to thick tires, on paved driveways and grass. I just gotta figure out the Bluetooth as I forgot it had that so missed how to connect and already threw away directions.

I would like to express my thanks for the quick and perfect response of the service support of Gyroor kidscooter manufacturer. I am visiting my daughter and her family in Houston/Texas. My grandchildren have two Gyroor scooters model H30 Max. One of them was giving an E7 error and the other one was not working at all. I wrote an email to the service support that I found on the sticker and explained the problem.. The response was very kind and after a week I received a replacement Throttel for the first scooter and batteries for the other scooter. Unfortunately the second scooter did not work because the problem was with the throttle as well and not the battery. I wrote again to the service support and they sent me another throttle. Both scooters are now working with a new throttle and a new battery and my grandchildren are very happy again... This was my experience with the service support and I wanted to express for them my appreciation and thanks.Abdul Dahhan

The customer service we received was absolutely excellent! The scooter was great but my sons wire snapped on his shortly after getting it and we reached out to try and get a replacement wire and instead they offered to replace the entire scooter just to ensure my son got what he wanted! Definitely recommend!

This scooter is fun! The company was very easy to work with when I had questions and responded quickly.

Im updating my review due to the vendor fixing my issue. The scooter is great for my 8 year old son. The battery lasts longer than I would have expected and it is light enough for him to carry it onto the porch to charge.

The media could not be loaded. I just purchased this light-up kids electric motorized scooter, and it’s been a huge hit! The scooter arrived well-packaged, and assembly was a breeze. Everything was clearly laid out and only took a few minutes to set up. My child absolutely loves the glowing lights, which make riding not only fun but also more visible and safe. The scooter is very easy to operate, with three speed settings that allow kids to build confidence at their own pace. It’s sturdy, smooth, and provides hours of entertainment. The media could not be loaded. I am revising my previous review. After this review was posted I was contacted by a different person from the company that was extremely helpful. They ended up sending a brand new scooter in the color we originally ordered. My 6 year old is thrilled to finally have a scooter that she can now ride! The pole and handle bars now fit on the scooter as intended! Whoever I was in contact with prior was not helpful but this latest person, named Sandy, was fantastic. Maybe I just had one of the bad apples. The scooter is perfect and now can actually be used!! **I added a picture of the new scooter where the slot for the screw is in the correct position! So everything can now be assembled correctly! I was not able to upload another video. I guess Amazon only allows one video per review.This scooter came where it could not be assigned correctly. I didn’t realize it until months later because of winter weather and a move. Once I reached out to them it was pretty difficult to get help. I now am writing this review so they will send a refurbished scooter to replace the brand new one we had originally bought for our daughter. The part that could not be assembled correctly was done at the manufactured level. So now I’m writing this review just to be able to get a refurbished scooter that my daughter can actually ride. They weren’t the most hopefully customer service but I guess it was better than some.
