Tra Gen Studio Series Voyager Starscream

This is an excellent representation of the bayformers tattooed dorito Starscream design! Excellent poseability, great transformation into a fully liscensed Lockheed Martin F-22 raptor, good paint applications for the iconic cybertron tattoos this triangular bugger is known for, good scale with a nice buzzsaw accessory! Although not being a fan of Michael Bay’s design for Starscream, I have always been partial to this tortilla chip, having owned the Dark Of The Moon deluxe class Starscream. This figure takes that mold, upscales it to a voyager, borderline leader class size to accommodate for the scale of the collectible line. It also adds some much needed articulation as well as a few new transformation pieces from the original dotm mold that really ramps up the detail and playability! Was able to get some great pictures with this guy as well as you can see! Overall great figure!

I used to play with transformers and watch the TV show back when they still transformed into dinosaurs and the toys were metal ones. Still have an OG star scream somewhere around, you know the white with red stripes and blue accents. Anyway I digress, this toy is nice amd when I was installing windows on my new pc this gave me something to do while I waited. It's not really hard to transform, just gotta follow the instructions. They are like Lego instructions, meaning there's a couple steps preformed in between each picture, but it's easy enough to figure out what was done. It is a bit on the pricey side, think it was $40. But it was worth it.

It isn't unfair to say that my experiences with Transformers toys from the live action movies have been... tenuous, to say the least. The first one I ever got was a protoform starscream from the first movie, which was a wretched lump of an action figure that fell to bits. Even after years of chances to refine the designs, they still goofed up studio series bumblebee movie bumblebee, which nearly put me off of the whole toyline. But I'm pleased to report studio starscream is cool, and a definitely a worthy purchase regardless of his decco!

Bought for my 12 year old son which says it's a great action figure and loved it! He said it was hard to transform, however he said it was fun to figure it out! I personally that it was two pricy until I seen it in person. Watched my son transforming it and even I thought it was cool and give it a 5 star.

What can I say! I waited over a month to receive it but it was worth it!! No missing parts and the design and feel is perfect! Love the alt mode !! And it’s bigger than expected!! Highly recommended!

What can I say? His '07 version has very nice shading, but these tattoos are looking so good on this mold. Also, he comes with his buzzsaw, which you can swap with original weapon, or have installed both on Screamer. I would prefer the saw being silver instead of this translucent orange-ish plastic, but it's good tho. He looks so much better with #13 Megatron than the first version do. Definitely recommend this figure.
