OGX Apple Cider Vinegar Clarifying Shampoo for Oily and Greasy Hair, 385 ml (Pack of 2)

I recently started using the OGX Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo and it has made a noticeable difference in my hair care routine. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling exceptionally clean and refreshed. Its fresh, fruity scent adds to the pleasant experience, making each wash enjoyable. I've observed that my hair appears shinier and feels lighter after use. While it's a clarifying shampoo, it doesn't overly dry out my hair, which is a common concern with such products. For optimal results, I pair it with a good conditioner. Overall, this shampoo has become a valuable addition to my hair care regimen.

This shampoo really cleans my hair & removes all the dead products from my scalp. It always feels squeaky clean. It’s also good to use to lighten hair colour, I always use this before I have my hair coloured.

Decided to give this shampoo a try as on Black Friday it was on offer along with others by the same brand. I’d never heard of it before. I love this shampoo, love it. I have dyed brown hair (to hide greys) which can be greasy at the roots but dry at the ends. This is fab, it lathers up in your hair great and after rinsing my hair feels great. Really soft and light and squeaky clean. It’s not a scent I would go for but it’s not awful. I have no greasiness, I will definitely buy more and try the other types from this brand

I have mid-back length, wavy brown hair which does have a tendency to get greasy at the roots, despite being tangly and having dry ends. I usually do a double shampoo, while only conditioning the ends, yet I still end up greasy. This really helps. The packaging isn’t quite as nice as some of their other bottles (orchid, coconut water) but it’s what’s inside that counts. The shampoo is quite thick and smells apple-y. Doesn’t smell of vinegar at all. It’s quite a natural scent. This shampoo did keep my hair reasonably free of grease, over three days of long walks where I got sweaty, as well as getting caught in the rain once. I will say that it’s quite thick and hard to spread in my hair, I ended up using quite a lot and I’m not sure this bottle would last any longer than 5 or 6 washes. I have a sensitive scalp but suffered from no itchiness or soreness with this, in fact the candidal intertrigo behind my ears seemed to fade, which leads me to think the Apple Cider vinegar in it may contain mild antifungal properties. I was very impressed by this. This is very clarifying; I did need to use a conditioner and my hair was quite hard to brush afterwards, so you may need to use more conditioner than normal, however I used a wet brush as I don’t like overdoing the conditioner incase I end up greasy. I would not use this shampoo if you have dry hair. Four stars. Missed out on the full five because it works out as quite expensive with how much you have to use due to the thick consistency.

This is a fabulous shampoo that does exactly what it claims to. I use it twice a weeks and it leaves my hair looking soft, shiny and healthy. My hair had been in a bit of a state due to me overcompensating with products due to the hard water in our area. We invested in a water softener which helped massively but my hair still needed some love, which this product has given it.

I don’t notice any major difference between this and an ordinary shampoo, but it does smell good and may have some clarifying effects.

A good hair cleanser that has no real smell, good sized bottle so value for money, leaves my hair soft and manageable

This shampoo is great if you’ve got oily roots or product buildup. It thoroughly cleans my hair without making it feel heavy and leaves it shiny, soft, and smelling fresh (not vinegary at all). The shampoo doesn’t lather much, so I tend to use a little more than usual. I also find it a bit drying if used too often, so alternate with a moisturising shampoo.

The shampoo doesn't lather well, so have to use a bigger amount of it compared to regular shampoos. After washing hair don't feel washed well neither. But magically it works- my hair don't get greasy the day after like it usually happens.

Huele muy bien. Refrescante . Limpia bien. Deja cabellos brillantes y limpios mas tiempo.
