My son absolutely loves when my husband shows him how to work on the computer stuff at home however with him being 4, he can't do much with those yet, so we got this for him for Christmas and at 4 he is able to follow the directions and put the circuits together by himself 90% of the time. There are somethings he still needs help with, but this is also a great activity we can do together as a family. The functionality of it is easy to use and shows how circuits really work together and if you put it together wrong it won't work. To be able to look at our son and see him thinking through why the circuit didn't work is amazing! This is a super durable set and worth the money spent on it for Christmas.

The science kit arrived, and my 3 and 5 year-old absolutely love it. They played with it a bit hard, and a two pieces broke quickly. I decided to award 5 stars for three reasons:1. Customer service was fantastic. I reached out via email, received a quick response, and after sending video of the issue they sent me replacements right away.2. The ease and intuitive nature of this toy. There many aspects that are fun for both my 3 year-old and my 5 year-old, and enough sophistication that they'll continue to keep interest for a while.3. The instructions and explanations are great, and this kit has a nice range of activities that are fun.My only negative would be that a few pieces broke quickly, but they were also replaced.Overall, highly recommend!

This science kit is so cool. My five-year-old got super excited when he saw it. He loves to build, design, and engineer things. So this kit was right up his alley. He did have issues understanding the positive and negative charges, and how it all works. But after some practice and guidance, he was able to figure it out. The instructions have many examples of what you can do and the pictures show exactly how to put it together however he didn’t want to pay attention to those. Also, the fiber optic thing came apart and my son accidentally pulled the cord out of the handle that goes to the circuit maze experiment. But I am sure if I contacted the seller they’d send me a replacement. Everything else seems well made and we haven’t had any issues, my son is just rough on toys.

I brought two on these for grandchildren (4 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl) for Christmas 2024. It is March 2025 and the knob control is broken. Trying to find a replacement but you must purchase the entire product. On the whole, the children love it - my granddaughter is thrilled by it. It is very entertaining and they have become interested in circuitry. I recommend it. Also, I wish they sold individual items to expand the system rather I can't find any - you have to buy the entire set which becomes redundant.

I bought it as a gift for my son, the children are simply delighted, no one will pass by. The scientific set for children is very interesting and multifunctional, even girls like this set, it is very easy to use, the child will play with pleasure. I think it is very useful, as it helps boys develop correctly. My 3-year-old son copes with it without problems and understands the pros and cons well, although I bought it for a 7-year-old child. It has a steam function module, different types of spinners, a 3-color lamp, a vacuum cleaner module with a ball, a module with an indicator of current strength, and most of all I liked the glowing cord. I can call it the best toy for a boy! It is affordable and meets expectations. The cords are very easy and simple to connect. It is made very well, all the cords are enough to connect the entire system and there are many spare parts, which is very pleasing. The set includes a good instruction manual, which has more than 400 projects, it helped us quickly and well understand and play. The package size is average, the set is lightweight.

My son loves this set,and he has caught on quickly.There are set experiments provided,but there is also an opportunity explore.

Easy beginner set if you want to start teaching electronics young but are afraid of the sets breaking easily. The contained units and included meter are durable. The wires are sturdy and there are extras so you don’t end up constantly fixing a kit because one of the wires came loose.We have not successfully gotten the traffic light to switch colors yet but everything else has worked as instructed. The read out on the volt meter is nice because children can see a battery slowly drain when left on. I would recommend this set as a great starting set for 5-6yrs.

Yipes! 3-5+ year olds will be bored with this while their parents try to figure out the extensive instructions to make it work. Is probably advisable to go thru the entire manual for setups first for young kids till older. Not to say it doesn't have potential in later years, so will keep it till then.
