This supplement has been a life changer for me! I sleep like a baby now. This is my second bottle, and I couldn’t be happier. Unlike other magnesium supplements I’ve tried, it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I recommend it 1000%!

I have been using Sapling's Algae Calcium and Vegan Omega-3 for some time now and, therefore, I am familiar with this brand's high quality plant-based products. It is my understanding that many people are deficient in magnesium. It is also my understanding that, ideally, magnesium should be taken away from calcium. I have been looking for a good magnesium supplement for a while now, so I was very interested to try Sapling's Magnesium Complex and, based on my experience with this brand, I had high expectations. Once again, Sapling does not disappoint.The capsules are fresh, are easy to swallow and do not cause me any sort of stomach upset whatsoever. Although many supplement formulas promise calmness and relaxation, I believe this magnesium formulation from Sapling actually delivers on that promise. As a caregiver to three seniors, I'm under a lot of constant stress and prone to anxiety. I am very committed to leading a healthy life and something I have learned now is always search about the information of the ingredients first. Many times thinking that we are doing good to our body and for not reading, we are giving products that they are not good quality for our health. .

i’ve always been a huge fan of chelated magnesium glycinate and usually took it by itself. but this having l theanine and ashwaganda added to it is a game changer! it helps me sleep faster and more efficiently than magnesium alone. & its more calming. i love taking mag supplement at night cus I usually have trouble sleeping and I go to the gym almost every day so my muscles always need healing. the packaging is also very cute! and love how there is a dash of blue spirulina in it! great product to take the edge off for sure! as a female, I don’t need to take 3 capsules since only 2 capsules are the perfect dosing to get the job done, without making me drowsy the next day.

This brand is great! I love that this brand has two different forms of magnesium as well as L theanine, ashwagandha and spirulina. I take 3 pills at dinner. I am able to sleep through the night and feel more relaxed. Only downside for me is the serving size is 3 pills. I don’t really enjoy taking pills. But I figured if I took all the supplements in this brand separately I would be taking more than 3 pills. So it’s doable! I would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I was giving it a try to see if it actually did work, as it has more than one type of magnesium in it. I take this supplement to help fall asleep as well as for muscle aches. (It states it has both kinds as well as another I believe.)I have taken them for nearly a week now, at bedtime, of course and within an hour I’m feeling very sleepy.I’m also not getting muscle cramps or Charlie horses anymore, but I am still having issues with sore muscles. Not sure if anything will help with that as I’ve had this issue since I was a child, it’s just getting more noticeable again.
