Damn it is perfect.
OK first up, this cost less than 200 quid and is just two years old but looks and feels like a new version still. Lenovo is still one of the better work laptops around and has all the peripheral ports and plug ins including (this version) a SIM slot for roaming connectivity. Was I cautious about buying online for a refurbed laptop, but really really happy with the risk of getting something awful - knowing that there is a return policy of course. Body is in near mint condition, fast start up and set up as well _ sure Windows 11 sucks but that not the Sellers fault - blame Microsoft. Delivery was next day first thing in the morning and I have absolutely no complaints. Would 100% buy again, in fact my business partner is considering it as they bought a new laptop for work that clunks along when side by side. Down side - it is weighty - but again that is Lenovo, you can drop these machines and they will damage the concrete floor before they break (do not try this at home).

Initial Review
Impressed with the quality of the item and quick delivery. On the first look this Lenovo laptop looked plasticy compared to the other models, I purchased in the past, but found it quite robust. Overall a clean device and good value for money. So far so good. Will run it for while and only then can say more about it's performance etc.Battery life seems 1/2 of that was advertised. I was wondering if the internal storage could be upgraded by installing a second hard disk ? Nevertheless I am quite satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend this seller.

Probably the best purchase I’ve made since I started using amazon.
The amount I paid compared to what I actually got was outstanding. It’s a very powerful computer designed to help with studying and productivity, and now I can work downstairs without being forced to use my desktop.

Cosmetically perfect ...
... but that's as far as it goes. The machine had an issue in that the keyboard would not respond after the computer wakes up. This happened 25-33% of the time. Occasionally, the trackpad would also be affected but as I hate trackpads I was using a USB mouse so that wasn't really an issue. I didn't really notice there was a problem at first - thought it a minor inconvenience cured by simply rebooting but as time passed it got to be an issue for me. I usually turn a laptop off when finished but, at times, you simply want to step away for a while, or perhaps you want to close the lid for privacy - the hard lesson learned was save any work first ... you may not be able to resume and save it later. I contacted the seller about 10-12 days after the 30 day 'instant reject' period. They suggested returning via courier for them to 'test'. I queried why I should have to pay to return a faulty item so soon after purchase but they side-stepped (read 'ignored') that. They did offer a replacement but again, no mention that they would cover additional costs. As I had already paid out to buy a USB keyboard (which worked flawlessly) I saw no reason to spend more money for them to attempt a 'repair'. Any checking of the machine should have been done before dispatch especially, as can be easily found with a search, Lenovo Thinkpads are prone to this keyboard issue. I'm aware that by not giving the seller the opportunity to repair the machine I lose my rights under consumer legislation - that's not a problem, it has been junked and replaced with a new machine,

Looks like new
Will never buy a brand new computer again. This one works perfectly! It is in excellent condition and does what needs to be done.
