Impossible de retourner l’article sans payer 15$ de frais
J’étais certaine que les bâtons allaient fonctionner avec mon humidificateur et à mon étonnement ça ne fonctionne pas. Je voulais retourner l’article, belle surprise en réalisant que je dois payer l’envoie du colis à 15$ de frais minimum et faire un formulaire de dédouanement ! Pire achat pour moi sur Amazon! Ça ne m’est jamais arrivé de devoir payer des frais de retour c’est ridicule considérant le prix de l’article ! Les bâtons iront directement à la poubelle malheureusement !
