Excellent product! The taste is amazing. I purchased it because I get frequent headaches and Liquid IV was making them worse. This product is made from clean ingredients, and did the trick. Love it!

Opted for the raspberry lemonade 15 stick pack. Product packaging declares some pretty lofty performance results for a powdered drink you mix with water but after using the product this formulation may be supporting and/or delivering on many of these catchy marketing phases. Begins with the ease of making a quick drink, packs are easy to open and small enough to live in a jacket zipper when you want one. The flavor we like and taste is subtle and natural in a way I am often looking for in this overly saturated drink market. Went on a long ride and took this mixed and shaken on ice on an empty stomach post workout - immediately refreshing and satisfying as thirst quencher; later at night sleeping - it seemed to ease the active fidgety leg ache and really was at ease (maybe magnesium??); appreciate what appears to be a very transparent listing of ingredients (most companies these days seem to hide any inclusion of cane sugar for example - implies a sense of trust in the quality of the product and ingredients even if some listed supplements I have no clue about (reverstol, menaquinone-7, rebaudiosude A); it seems to hydrate quickly too based on not feeling like I need to keep drinking copious amounts of water post workout. If adding this powder to my water helps with recovery and supports performance and tastes great drinking it - for us it’s been an easy inclusion into our ongoing goals of working toward being better through better health.

It's good, but not what expected. No feel hydrating but no energy

I did not like that it tasted like salt. I am looking for something that tastes good, with real sugar! It did not give me energy, or anything &else, but nausea! Very disappointed!! Waste of money!

I love this product!! It taste clean and refreshing not overly sweet or artificial. It mixes easily with no chalky texture and is perfect for workouts, travel, or long days when you need extra hydration. There is no crash, and no weird aftertaste! It is just great flavor and has great results. I would buy this flavor over and over again
