Brilliant treadmill!!
Wow what a solid piece of kit. Took less than an hour to assemble, register the purchase and connect my iPhone. The preset speed and incline buttons are fantastic! No more pushing speed buttons endlessly to get to your desired pace. I’ve connected my iPhone to a tv which really brings the iFIT features to life. Early days but it’s going to completely change the way I exercise. Registering process with iFIT is super easy and the support team are excellent. If you are considering this treadmill, just buy it!

Better than my gyms treadmill
So far so good hadn’t about a month now and I’ve put a fair few Kilometres in it. It’s smooth and easy to set up. Honestly feels better than the techno gym treadmill I use at the gym. I’m 85kg and I’ve ran at 15kph for a few Kilometres and it feels great. Top speed is 16 I’ve had a quick blast at that but not spent that long up there it’s perfect for most every day runners and incline goes up to 10% too. No complaints so far I use it practically every day for a walk or run from 2k up to my longest of 15k. Cup holders are nice and big and a place to put your tablet and phone the screens basic but I don’t use it I also don’t use the app it’s all manual. I hope it last long and I believe you can service them your self too. Get one bought you won’t regret it best purchase of the year for me.

Solid, easy to assemble, premium quality for any home gym setup
Easy assembly and build if you can read basic instructions I did it on my own in around 45 minutes but it is a unit.High build quality on the electrics, belt system, frame and motor, plastic parts feel a bit cheap and a few bolts were off centre by roughly 2mm-3mm but that's a factory issue and just took a little finesse to get them seated properly.Overall a great piece of kit and expect it to take the level of use I will give it without any issue. The touch buttons are nicely sensitive and responsive giving you seamless adjustment.Only down side I find is the display is much smaller than expected it's not a full screen colour display but more like a monotone thin bar of info and stats so if you're tall like me over 6ft it will fade and be difficult to see while running because of the angleFirst use felt great, solid construction, not noisy at all speeds are calibrated well and a little cushioning with each step makes it feel very pleasant.Just note it's 114kg (20kg of which is wooden packing and spacers) if you plan on having it anywhere other than the ground floor

Great buy
Very heavy machine, I’m on the second floor and initially Amazon delivery drivers refused to take it to the second floor despite me checking with Amazon prior to purchasing the installation with delivery. I went down and helped them during my lunch break bringing each piece bit by bit. Machine works well, has a built in fan and speakers which I didn’t know it had. The display is basic but basic is all you need and machine seems to be well built though some plastic trim in one of the corners seems flimsy as it may have been installed incorrectly, though purely aesthetic. I’ve yet to try the ifit system. I’ve registered it to get the two year manufacturer’s warranty, also purchased the extended 4 year warranty when placing my order which I strongly suggest you do too as Nordictrack don’t offer an extended warranty and haven’t for a while. All in was about 1400 with the warranty, so far it’s worth every penny though you may find it cheaper elsewhere without the warranty which seems like a big risk for a large purchase.

AVOID THIS AT ALL COST
I ordered the treadmill, but it arrived with a defective hydraulic lever and a faulty incline mechanism. I contacted the company the next day, and they sent an engineer to inspect it. The engineer confirmed it was a factory fault and recommended a replacement. While the company agreed to replace the treadmill, they refused to dismantle and assemble the new machine, even though this is clearly a two-person job. Unfortunately, I don’t have anyone to assist me, making their solution completely unhelpful.I’ve been going back and forth with the company for over five months now, trying to resolve this issue, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Their customer service is appalling—every time I email, a different person replies, and I have to explain the entire situation again. To make matters worse, I discovered online that many other customers have received faulty treadmills from the same company.I’m now forced to take this issue to arbitration. IFit is an absolute joke—poor quality products and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs!

Nordictrack series 9
The Nordictrack series 9 is a serious piece of kit, I was after something sturdy and strong that was going to last for several years. It seems to tick all those boxes. Some assembly required which did take some time but worth it in the long run. IFit programme is excellent and has lots of options for me, so I won’t get bored! 12 degree Incline and speed rate are a plus also.
