I got these pills like 2 months ago, I just opened them now and they seem to be damaged. It could of been where I had them stored, but I have all my supplements stored in the same place and this was the only one that came out like this.This is the first time that this happens to me, so maybe it was an issue with the batch.The pills are a bit large and kind of hard to swallow, but they do work

I feel like it is working. My nails stronger. My joints fluid, my hair healthy. I had to go one star down because the suggested dose is 4 2x a day. That's 8 pills and they are huge!!.

Tablet way too big to swallow. Gets stuck in my throat. Have to really work at swallowing one at a time. Dose is 4 tabs twice daily. I can’t even get myself to take 4. I tried cutting them in half and all that did was create sharp edges that still scratched my throat.

I love this product. I don't see Puritan's Pride carries it anymore, but so glad Amazon does. Thank you!!
