I actually purchased four of these in total. The size is exactly as described. They are very good quality. The difference between the two sizes offered is the hardware/clip.The smaller size offers a smaller clip, which works perfectly for our 11 pound dachshund. The larger size offers a bigger clip that is more sturdy for a larger breed dog. Which it is perfect for our 70lb coonhound.I purchased two of the larger size and two of the smaller size and purple. The purple is extremely vibrant and has not faded in color. I actually clip two of them together with a carabiner and we use them when we are camping. They have held up extremely well.

Great leash! I use this all the time, no tears, not broken or damaged anywhere. I've had it for over a year. I use it when we go for a walk in the woods to give my dog a little free space to roam and smell stuff. Also when we go to the beach, I can get in the water while he watches and builds up the courage to come in with me.

The media could not be loaded. I have a rescue who isn't much of a flight risk but can sometimes be reactive with other dogs and we are still working at recall. I took him off leash at a large park and he was running up to other dogs and not coming back to me when called, so I decided to get one of these to practice recall and so he can go pretty much "off leash" but i still have control of him. Also, he is a big sniffer and I do get sick of having to follow him everywhere so he can sniff things, so this is an awesome solution. Overall, I love this product!A couple small things:-It's on the flimsy side. It's basically just thin flat nylon with a loop handle (not a separate handle) and the clip is small compared to regular leash clips. My dog is only 9 lbs, but if you have a 100 lb heavy puller, I might be a little nervous about wear and tear on it. My dog is also not a chewer but I think an aggressive chewer might make a dent easily in this material. It definitely is not a long version of a regular high-quality leash - it's for a specific purpose.-That said, it also is super light and portable (I just toss it in my backpack if there's a chance we'll go somewhere) which is a bonus.-30 feet is LONG. I didn't realize how long it was until I got it. It's great, but initially I was worried it was a little too long.-It does get tangled, inevitably. However, it's fairly easy to untangle due to the nylon, and it's easy to quickly gather up if you need to shorten it quickly. I just basically bunch it all up in my hand and then slowly let it out.-I got bright green because I read that you should get a bright color so it sticks out. I did not consider the fact that green is also the color of grass. I am still happy with the color, but if you're looking for a color that sticks out from grass...don't get green lol.

I bought the 20ft in T8:Large Dog Thicken purple. I have a 55 pound Siberian Husky. This leash has been so great for what I call our twice daily "Wandering Sniffaganzas". I take her out on this leash to a park like area with big open green areas and a few trees. She gets to set the pace and go where she wants (mostly) while sniffing all the things. While using this leash I have noticed that we actually walk longer (both time and distance) than when we would take regular walks through the neighborhood in a smaller area. She gets so much enjoyment out of it as she has enough freedom to do her own thing. She is also much more tired and relaxed afterwards compared to a standard walk.I won't say that pulling is completely gone, but I will say it's very rare now when using this leash. She does like to trot along and sometimes will happily jog to her next big sniff spot, but unless she gets ahold of a really good scent, she is content to just meander along with the leash remaining slack.Length wise, I feel like 20 feet is the perfect length for us at the moment. It's long enough for her to have a sense of freedom, but also short enough for me to have control in case she tries to eat something she should not.Sturdiness I rated 5 stars, because for us, so far it seems sturdy. However, I am not sure how strong it would be with a dog who is much heavier and stronger as it's not super thick. I wouldn't say this leash is heavy duty, but it is good for our purpose.I didn't rate the chew proof option because she isn't a chewer in that regard, but I doubt it would last long with any dog who get ahold of it.I absolutely think every dog owner should own a long leash like this one. It makes walks much more of an enrichment tool than just walking the dog fast and hard to get it over with and tire them out. Letting a dog be a dog and stop and smell things can make things so much more enjoyable and less stressful.
