I used Earth Mama Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea during the last weeks of my pregnancy and really loved it. The taste is mild and easy to drink daily, and I appreciated that it’s organic with simple ingredients. I personally did not tear during delivery, and this tea was part of my routine leading up to labor. Noticeable increase in milk supply. I mix it with honey and a little cream and its so yummy.

I can’t say that it did anything to help my milk supply. For me personally it gave me headaches every time I would drink it. The taste wasn’t bad, it was good with some sugar.
