Easy Auto Plant Watering System
Got these to auto water plants while travelling. The two pack is nice for plants in different areas or if you want two spikes per plant & have lots of plants. The tubing is easy to cut & push onto the spikes, making setup quite simple. There was plenty of tubing which was nice. The spikes aren't really drip heads but rather just a way to funnel the water from the tube as droplets into the soil. So there's no adjusting of the amount of water at the spike. The controller is simple enough to operate & setup timing to your specific needs (manual, auto, timed ranges). The water intake has a filter around it to prevent debris from clogging the line. The anti-siphon is easy enough to put in-line to prevent backflow. Just add it in-line with the water output so that it would drip back into the water supply or into another catch bucket.I set up one controller to water 6 plants (3 each in two rows) with two spikes each with a main line down the middle & feeding 2 spikes to each plant. The controller easily pumped water to all plants at the same rate whether the first spike or the last spike. While I'm pretty happy with both units & how they work, there are a couple of things that would make this even better though might make the cost go up. The tubing is not the standard 1/4" drip line so finding more tubing, connectors or tees, if needed, could be an issue. It's possible that the pump might need to be stronger if 1/4" tubing were used. Also, it would have been nice to have the dripper spikes be adjustable (like a drip emitter) rather than using 2-3 per plant but again might require stronger pump. Lastly, there are no stop plugs or connectors included just Tee joiners. Adding a few stop plugs & a couple connectors wouldn't cost much and be helpful when you need to remove a plant but don't want to reconfigure everything or just need to connect two pieces of tubing. All in all, happy to have my plants auto watered easily while I'm away and would recommend.

Great customer service after the sale!
Easy installation and instructions were easy to follow when setting up the timer. We were heading on vacation for a couple of weeks and found this system for the plants.Everything worked great on one of the two systems but there must have been something wrong with the other one.We reached out to the manufacturer and got great customer service from them, replacing the second defective timer without a problem. They did help us troubleshoot the problem first but in the end just replaced it.Having the support after the sale is more important than the first purchase.Recommend buying this if you’re looking at this kind of system.

Great Product but do some Experimenting first
I find that this automatic watering system works pretty well. It actually works quite well for the price that was paid. One thing that I found about the device is that it really doesn’t supply a lot of water through the small tube that is provided. So, in order to get enough water to your plant, you end up having to run the device a bit longer. Before I actually used this device on my plants, I set up the configuration that I was planning to use and did some experimentation on the amount of water that the device provided. As it turns out, I have to run the device for six minutes in order to get, 1/4 cup of water to my plants. This was a very useful experiment as I had no idea how much water was being delivered to the plants from the device. With this bit of experimentation, I was able to provide the exact amount of water to my plant that I desired. I would suggest, that when you purchase this device, you also run your own experiments just to make sure that the device is providing the water that you need. The plant watering device comes with a battery that is USB rechargeable. When the device arrived, the battery was probably at about 3/4 charged. I plugged the device into USB and charged it up to 100% within a couple of hours. I have now been running the device for about a month and the battery level still shows 100%. So I am very pleased, with the performance of the battery within the device. If you plan to provide water to more than one plant at a time from the device, you will need to experiment with the amount of water that is being provided. As mentioned earlier, the amount of water provided by the device through the small tubing is small and will vary based on your configuration. Another suggestion that I would make is that you try to keep all of your plant tubes the same length. What I am trying to say, is that you have a main feeder tube that is connected to the watering device. Then, small plant specific tubes are “T”ed off of the main primary run. Try to keep all of these smaller plant tubes (coming off the “T”) the same length. This will help you to keep a consistent amount of water going into each plant. I found that trying to water more than two plants became very difficult as the amount of water going to each plant was much harder to determine. Even when I kept the smaller tubes after the “T” the same length, it was still hard to get a consistent amount of water from each of those tubes. One other tidbit, I will provide about this device. Be sure to keep the watering device itself physically higher than the water source. If the watering device is below the level of the water source, you will siphon all of the water from your water source and end up with a mess. So, be sure to keep the watering device elevated as described in the instructions. All in all, I really like this product and I am happy that I purchased it. The automatic watering device has made keeping my plants watered while I am gone for extended periods of time very simple. I would recommend it for your use as well.

Instructions are hard for me to understand
I finally got it all set up and started running through a test the dry sensor shut it off, but I think you have to wait until the next cycle to test it again in my mind a dry cycle should turn on off every time you hit water with the probe I did not trust the dry sensor so I put it on a timer and then tested it with the timer for on and off first I used one dripper for the plant at one minute then I went for two dripper’s for two minutes two drips for two minutes every six hours kept the top all wet in an 8 inch 5 gallon pot other than that I use it as a top feeder while sitting my felt buckets on the auto bottom feeder I’ve been using nutrients with this automated feeder to feed from the top. That’s what I like because I’m not over watering or underwater. It could be underwater from the top. At least I know my nutrients are getting in there and the plants are nice and green. I just don’t trust the wet dry sensor so I took that off other than that like I said the instructions were kinda hard to figure out and make sure you hit the OK button after you make each adjustment otherwise it will not save your settings remember that hit the OK button after each settings
