Very Happy
I am so glad I purchased this laptop to replace one that could not be updated to Windows 11. Thought I better do it soon because, you know, with the tariff stuff happening. I had no idea how badly my old laptop was running until I plugged this in. So happy! It is fast, light weight and just perfect for me.

Good speed, easy to use, good warranty
Good computer, although I had a problem with the fan after around 3 months. However, with the excellent warranty I had with them, provided by my Amazon purchase. they made a "house call" and replaced the fan.

Laptop ripoff
I believe that was purchasing a Dell computer the “Dell Store”. I’ve had other Dell laptops with no problems. I started up this computer after it arrived and planned on using it as a back up to my regular home computer. When I went back to use the computer several weeks later, it would not allow me to access any Start up or to connect to the Microsoft operating system. Basically it turned into a doorstop on further investigation. It turned out that this computer equipment was authorized by the Nigerian communications commission. WTFAfter investing $350 into a new Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft office I now have a working computer. My advice, DO NOT BUY!

A good little machine, suitable for office work or Facebooking. May not be the best fit for hardcore gaming, but it'll run Minecraft just fine.
