Failed controller and no way to contact vendor to resolve.
This product was ordered just under 6 months ago. It worked fine until the controller failed at 5 months. Not completely. The lights in the hat come on but there is no option to control intensity or time, so it stays on Level 1 and 5 minutes. Amazon's policy for returns ends at 30 days. I have searched Lonlike's store but see no way to be able to contact them regarding the issue. I searched for Customer Service and Warranty but could not find anything. Depending on the price, I would offer to pay for a new controller, but who do I contact? This is bad business practice, taking a 4-star product down to 1-star.

Wonderful
The customer service of this company is the best I have ever seeing. I normally do not write reviews, but this one deserves one. I had a small issue with my product and right away with not many questions asked they helped me.I love my cap, and I believe it is really helping my hair to be stronger and grow. It is a long process but worth it.

Seller has good customer service.
I ordered this unit a few months ago for my father. When he opened it the unit wouldn’t work unless he bent the wire that enters the hat in a u-shape. After a few days the whole thing wouldn’t work. After notifying the seller I promptly received replacement product that works great and appears like an improved product. I appreciate the prompt feedback and service from the seller.This is the most powerful red light therapy hat available. It’s certainly more powerful than alternatives I’ve tried.

Prompt replacement
Had cap for about 4 months, then the controller did not work, did not allow me to turn on cap but emailed company and they promptly sent me a new cap. Very satisfied!

Quality not included.
The USB connector fell apart and when I tried to reconnect it, it failed to function as advertised.
