Excellent Customer Service
I purchased the ANTHBOT robotic lawn mower to ease the difficulty in cutting of my backyard. Because my backyard is steep with a 22 degree angle, I always found it teddious to cut the lawn while keeping my balance. I received the robot in a very timely manner and found it to be packaged very well. All parts were present and included ample number of plastic ground pegs to hold the boundary wire in place along with a significant amount of wire to cover the entire perimeter of my yard. I liked the design of the robot, especially the extra large rear wheels that were studded to enhance traction. Setting up the robot was extremely easy, especially using the app, which made the setup procedure go very smoothly. The quick start-up guide along with the instruction booklet were well written and easy to understand. Charging the robot went quickly and overall, I had everything in place and ready to go within a few hours. Unfortunately, I ran into problems getting the robot to operate in a consistent manner due to the steepness of my yard. Running horizontally was not an issue. Problems existed when the robot attempted to turn either uphill or downhill. Going uphill, the robot would slip and lose traction mostly due to the loose soil that contains a lot of sand. Going downhill, the robot would again slide and become unable to negotiate the turn and stay on course. Another issue that contributed to the poor traction is the fact that I live on top of a mountain where there is a lot of moisture in the air, so the grass is usually somewhat damp, which allowed for more slippage and additional loss of traction. I cannot blame any of these problems or concerns on the ANTHBOT robot as the result of poor construction or a design flaw since any robot currently available in the marketplace would probably experience similar difficulties and fail in a similar manner. I spoke with the companies customer service department and they provided several helpful suggestions, none of which improved the situation. The robot would work exceptionally well when running horizontally across my yard. It only experienced problems when attempting to make turns up or down the angled yard. It should be noted that I had a great experience with customer service and they were very helpful in trying to come up with ideas that might eliminate some of the problems I was experiencing. When all else failed, they indicated that I could return the robot, no questions asked, and receive a full refund, which is what I did. Overall, I feel that the ANTHBOT lawn mower would be a wonderful option to consider for cutting ones lawn under normal circumstances.

Great mower!
My wife and I have enjoyed our robot mower! It's helped give us more time to do things that we love and last time spent mowing our yard. It's done a fantastic job and gave us a great looking yardEven our dog loves itThe company is very responsive if you have any issues with the robot and will work with you if there are any issues. The only thing I will say is that setup takes a little bit of time with the wire. In the future my wife and I hope to try the wireless robot aka Gemini. We have had some wire brakes but the wire is fairly easy to fix so long as you have enough clipsWe have been impressed with the fact that doesn't eat the golf balls that land in our yardI have definitely enjoyed the mower and look forward to the spring so that the mower who we have named MO can go out and enjoy the yard!Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try a robot lawnmower

So far so good. Works as advertised.
So far so good, ran my first mow session and it did a good job. It's very quite and suitable for running at night. It climbed the slope in my front yard without a problem as well. The cutting area does need to be relatively smooth with limited dips or holes as it can get stuck. You will also need to trim the edges as you normally would with weed wacker etc. The logic is impressive but can miss a small spot here or there. The app shows you exactly where it's been and how much it has completed which is nice feature. Overall I like it thus far. Only time will tell of its longevity.

False Advertising! DO NOT BUY!
BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!I received the product, it arrived fine and in good condition. I have a relatively flat .23 acre yard. I choose to bury the boundary wire, which took quite some time. I used a power edger, but found that I really needed to go back over it with a manual edger to get a good enough cut to bury the wire. This took around 6-8 hours. After burying the wire and following all instructions, I started the bot which at first goes across the full boundary line. It is EXTREMELY finicky as to the grade of the boundary path, it has to be within 15 degrees, which may seem like a lot but its stopped by a very small slope or even an extra bit of leaves. I spent about 4 days tearing up my yard on hands and knees with a level to make the path perfect so that it would complete the boundary circuit.FINALLY it completed the circuit, just to give me another error "The Boundary wire length or working area are overlimit" so I reduced the size, unearthing the boundary line and cutting off sections of my yard, then back to hands and knees to precisely level the path. I did this three times and still got the same error.2 weeks of work and it hasn't mowed an inch of grass. Customer support never answered me.If you have a very tiny yard, maybe it works, I wouldn't know. If you are anywhere near 1/5 of an acre, don't buy this, purchase another brand. The fact that they claim Max 180m wire is ridiculous, as i was closer to 130m and it still wont work.I will be returning this, hopefully they don't require the boundary wire back as I buried it. What a pain in the butt after 2 weeks trying to get this thing to work.
