Excellent Monitor!
I have no way to measure the accuracy of this monitor. I do love it for anyway and keeps me informed of the air quality in my home. As long as it's at least close, give or take a small percentage, I'm happy. It does look accurate enough when I check my thermostat against it. The humidity and temp match so I have to believe the other readings are spot on as well. I check it regularly throughout the day and find that opening the windows and doors are really beneficial to good air quality. As an asthma sufferer, yes! I feel the difference between now and when I didn't have the monitor. Especially when I'm cooking and I can see that the levels are increasing and it's time to bring some fresh air in. The settings are super easy to adjust in both the unit and on the app. The app is actually pretty basic but I love that it is. Great app actually. I recommend this item, super happy with it!

Works great! Very accurate. I recommend it :)
This is a great air quality sensor. I purchased one before my trip and used it on the trip and found it to be very accurate. If I spray some hand sanitizer in about a minute, then the VOC will start beeping. You can set an alert for a threshold for the different air quality categories, which is very handy and then you can tap a button to stop it.One time at night time the CO2 levels got high, so it beeped and so I knew that I needed to open a window. That only happened one time. It has a touchscreen which is really nice and it’s really easy to use right out of the box. The battery lasts probably three or four hours so I usually keep it plugged in and during the day I turn it off which I believe can save the life of the product because when I’m not home, I don’t really need it on so. It has this cartridge that you put in in the back and I’m pretty sure that probably has a life expectancy of that cartridge. Not sure how long it lasts, but I think turning it off during the day when you’re not home can extend the life of the product. It’s easy to turn it off just push and hold the button on the top and you can either reboot it or turn it offWhen I got back from my trip, I purchased another one for the home. You can also program it so the screen turns off between a certain time like when you’re sleeping, but it will still work while you’re sleeping. If you’re concerned about connecting it to your Wi-Fi, then you could just set up a guest network temporarily just so it can do a firmware update which will happen when you get it new out of the box and then it will set the timeAfter that, you can turn off the Wi-Fi really easily in the settings if you don’t want it connected to the Wi-Fi

Very high quality monitor, small flaws
It would be nice however if a PM sensor replacement could be purchased. It isn't sold at all anywhere, so I'm unsure why they market it as replaceable. Also, the monitor is not compatible with any automation apps, including Xiaomi Home, even though it has an option to do so. You can connect it with Google Home but you can't use the PM sensor readings to automate any actions. It'd be nice if there were more options for the alarm when a measurement is above a threshold, such as a notification to your phone instead of a very loud alarm. The sensor is extremely high quality, and made by a Swiss company called Sensirion.

beautiful machine, questionable quality
What a disappointment. This is a very attractive device with a very clean interface, an overall clean aesthetic. It's a pleasure to interact with. We were looking forward to having this for many years to better understand our indoor air quality, but it failed in less than a week. Based on other reviews, which I should have considered first, this company needs to up its quality control and build to last. This is the nicest looking monitor I found on the market, and the readings seem accurate, but what good is that if it's not reliable. Ours seems to have been a power management issue as it started to turn off randomly. At first we could get it to turn on by unplugging it and plugging it back in, and finally would not turn on at all, all in the period of a week. Fortunately it was returnable through Amazon so I don't know if they have good customer service or if they would have fixed it. I want to buy another one but not worth the risk.

Well made
Unquestionably better than airthings. Wow. If you’re trying to decide this is amazingly better in so many ways (except lacking radon). The display is awesome and functional and easy. It has alarms, it has air quality and weather and beautiful time clock. The settings are so easy to set up. The cartridge loads in back and is zero noise. And it turns off the screen during sleep hours. It’s very accurate and updates frequently. It’s easy and nice looking to be able to keep it plugged in, and can simply sit on a table or shelf. Beautiful design. Perfect for by the living room or bedroom.
