I love this product, I can definitely feel and see a difference and improvement in my unwanted monthly subscription (periods). When I take this (tastes better with cold water), I feel more energized, in a better mood and my stomach feels lighter/better! You can really see the health benefits and good quality of this product!

Taste is pretty good and I like it cold. Don’t understand why it shouldn’t go in the fridge. I mixed my packet in a Gatorade bottle. It was great to me!
