Mobile pairing takes more time.Reviewed in India on 28 July 2024Firstly, the first time I order the watch, it had very poor battery life. If charged to 100%, the battery used to get drained within 30 minutes without the use of blue tooth & 4G mobile. Returned it immediately.Second time, I got replacement for the first watch. I observed the same problem with the second watch. Poor battery back up, after recharging to 100%, battery used to get drained very fast i.e. within 30 minutes it used to come to 10%. Also, there is issue in pairing with mobile. Which I had high time pair with my mobile.Overall, FireBollt has to test the watches it manufactures thoroughly & then supply it to the market. Or else the brand will come down & people will stop trusting & stop buying the FireBollt products. Everybody don't buy the watch it's a bad product

If one is clear about their requirements and the budget .....most of the the times one is able to get a good value for money deal.If you want an effective cellular calling watch with a health suite with made in india 1 year warranty and nothing more this is the one for you .The battery is good and compared with 250 mah bt phones it is way much better .The tft screen is rather impressive and smooth .The extra cost here is an independent new connection and a nano simThe only negative is the first time set up and it takes several reboots but once it is synced ...it is solid performance .As for the app it must be scanned from the watches qr code by the mobile phone ...the FM active act is useless and does not bind to the watch .Final verdict ....just go for this high quality cellular watch ...it is a game changer at 2000 .7 Jan 2025 my second purchase ....highly recommended for those who want a non android calling watch with health suite. As for customer service they have tech support team that responds and assists very well via email only .1 Feb 2025 bought the android version 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom under exchange offer from flipkart ...the quality and finish given by Fire Boltt is the best ...it is a wrist phone totally independent and in a different league.Final verdict ...if you can save up 6500 go for that version ....it has no equal at this price .

Useless got lines in display when powered on.Weak signal connection. Not accurate readings. Touch is not smoothI unboxed and weared Ist time and observed that :-(1). Firstly I received Grey colour watch instead of Black in replacement.(2). It's wrist wake is not working.(3). It's touch is not smooth working.(4). Battery drains very quick.(5). Customized Wallpaper not applied.(6). Step count showing 70342 steps I have walked today which is around 69.52 Kms.(7). Contacts adding is not possible with the app.

Really great watch It supports 4g airtel sim battery life is also good just there is no games and u can't connect to its app

I am writing this after 6 months of buying this watch. It did its job well for 6 months but now it doesn’t charge at all, it heats up when I put it on charging.The worst part is companies support system. They communicate only through email. Now when I sent the email with the watch pictures I have been told they can’t fix or replace it because watch isn’t working because of wear and tear. I asked there isn’t any physical damages or scratches on the watch. It has charging issues how can this be wear and tear issue but no response from the customer service on that.Attached is the photo of the watch current condition which does not have any sign of physical damage.

Not easily connected to Phone app. Quality looking good, as per smart watch named but function is minimum, product not fullfill desire sim installed but not worked.Conclusion: Product is bad.

For what we have personally experienced is product doesn't has any defects as all other customers are yelling about.I have personally gifted this to someone & the results are best with no any issues.All the said features are working perfectly.It is difficult to find so many features in such a less price.I would say this is the best in its category
