I'm amazed how these have significantly reduced my menopause symptoms. It's taken about 3 weeks to feel the difference. Particularly noticed virtually no more aches in my joints. My heart palpitations and hot sweats have also greatly reduced. I just feel "well". Like I did before peri menopause. I highly recommend them. I'm not coming off them ever I don't think! I took standard vitabiotic supplements before. I love how they just pack everything in you could need. Great product. It really does work if you give it time.

Ive been taking this for 6 days and although I dont want to jinx it, my hot flushes have practically gone, I dont feel alot calmer in myself and not so anxious and last night I slept for a full 6 hours which I haven't done for many years. Usually I have 3-4 hours of broken sleep. I just hope this good run continues.

Have been taking these since January and, they took a few weeks but they really do work for me - my flushes have virtually disappeared, I have more energy and I feel so much more like my old self. They are expensive but well worth it, I swapped them for the original tablets for a while (they are much cheaper) but my flushes soon returned and I just didn't feel right. Switched back to Menopace Plus and after a couple of weeks, no flushes and feel much better. Would definitely recommend trying.
