Yes, they are bright and shine for me for about 20 - 30 min max. No indicator light that they are charging or when completely charged. Seller claims they do indicate with red and green LED's. Send replacements but same non - results.They shine for a little while and recharging for how long is the users guess. Overcharging won't help battery life.The seller was responsive but unable to provide a working sample.
