These resistance bands are so handy! I’ve been using them for my Pilates and strength sessions at home, and they’ve held up perfectly so far. The material feels durable, smooth, and doesn’t roll or pinch when stretched (huge plus!). I also love that they come in a full range of resistances — from super light to extra heavy — and the colors make it easy to grab the one I need. They’re lightweight and fit in any bag, so I even take them when I travel. Honestly, they’ve become part of my daily routine — whether it’s warming up before Pilates or a quick leg workout at home. I appreciate there being such a wide selection of extra light all the way to extra heavy in just 5 bands. There seem to usually only be light, medium and heavy which in a perfect world that would be fine, but I can't always even use light, so extra light still always me to not miss a day of stretch and pull ups. Also, the bands are the perfect width, at least for my grip, but seems pretty universal. The ones I have used in the past have been too narrow, too wide, or the rubber has been too thin and snapped (no fun). This set is a great price for great quality workouts. I couldn't be any happier with my selection.

Great for Workouts, Just a Bit Tight I’ve been using this resistance loop band for a few weeks, and it’s been a solid addition to my workouts. The material feels durable and doesn’t snap or roll up easily, even during squats or glute bridges. The resistance level is great for activating muscles, and it’s lightweight enough to toss in a gym bag or suitcase for travel. My only gripe is that it’s a bit tighter than expected, so beginners might need to start with a lighter band. Other than that, it’s comfortable, well-made, and exactly what I needed to take my home workouts up a notch.

I was looking for inexpensive resistance loops for specific home exercises, and these bands were the least expensive available. You get what you pay for -- they are very thin, and I'm not confident they'll last long. But, for the price, I can't complain. The bands are marked with their relative resistance level (from x-heavy to x-light) vs. estimated weight equivalents. If you're looking for fixed-length resistance loops, these do the job.

Overall it's not bad. The different levels are a nice toch, but after using them for about a week now they're useless. If you wanna feel a good burn you use the highest level for everything pretty much, so there's no real point in having the others. They roll up very easily and makes it hard to manage to do a majority of things and they're thin so I often worry about them breaking. However, they're not entirely useless. It came with a little manual for different things to try out with them which I found very useful and charming. But if you want something that's good quality and made for whatever you wanna do with I'd recommend finding something else. I never tried these kinda things before and I saw mixed reviews and wanted to try it anyway to form my own opinion, so they're not terrible, but not great either. Find something more worth your money unless you don't plan on doing much with them. I'd also like to mention I'm a smaller sized person, not petite, but small. So maybe the level difference is just me as a person and it's different for everyone. But either way, find something different. And remember this is Amazon, not a lot will end up good quality lol

These bands are perfect! Numerous resistance bands. This gives you a choice or workout intensity. I used to go to physical therapy, but I can do my exercises at home now! They are very easy to use and stay in place. Very pleased.

No idea who Jakko Foxx is but these are great exercise bands. They come in a nice bag, have already last a few months and are going strong. I also like the purple colour theme!
