I bought two of these DEWALT Atomic 16 ft. tape measures, and they’re really useful around the shop and garage. The double-sided markings make it easy to read from different angles, and the finger slide underneath helps hold the tape steady on edges.The case feels solid and compact, and the tape extends without bending too much. I’ve dropped them a few times and they’ve held up well.The only minor thing is that the tape retracts quickly, so you need to be careful near your fingers.For the price, these are durable, convenient, and versatile. I’d recommend keeping a couple around.

The usual great quality to expect from Dewalt. The tape is sturdy and it's the perfect medium size tape measure I was looking for.

Absolutely perfect for a home handyman or anyone not great with fractions! The bottom finger stop works great. My “Fat” model tape measures will start collecting dust.

Great tape. I like the little area underneath where you can put your finger to stop the tape. It makes it very convenient when you are just trying to a get a measurement quick and don’t feel like locking it.

Works great. Bought Milwaukee first but was so big didn't fit well in my tool belt, this one is very compact and built rugged.I use this for 90% of my DIY projects.

I keep losing and breaking my other tapes; but this is holding up from multiple drops on the floor, its sturdy. Worth the money, and it came in fast.

this is a 16 foot tape measure. I am an interior remodeler and use tape measures every day. I liked this one because it is light weight and didnt take up alot of room in my tool belt.I pulled it out to measure a 14 ft. piece of door casing and when i let go of the tape it would not retract. It got to within 1 foot and bounced back out to about 2 foot. wont retract back in.
