Long overdue.
Easy to install and now my vacuum works better than when I bought it. This has a larger brush head than the original and is pulling more out of the carpet on each pass. The replacement belts are well made.

Easy DIY fix to save your vacuum
My beloved Bissell Cleanview started having some issues and it turns out a brush roller replacement was required. We have model no. 1831 and this brush roller (with the help of YouTube) was incredibly easy to install, fits perfectly, and the vacuum is working better than ever! I love my vacuum so I'm delighted there was an easy DIY fix.

Good enough...
Works as intended. It would be nice if they lasted longer; in my experience, 3-6 months is the expected lifespan. However, if you're constantly jamming it, it's obviously going to break sooner.

Excellent Fit
Fit perfectly into my bissell for a fraction of the cost. So far it has held up and its been about 2 months. Extremely easy to install. Definitely worth trying before buying name brand!

Good replacement
It was easy to install but didn’t work like the original. Has slight hesitation over carpeted areas. I’ll keep it.

Works as well as the origional.
The vacuum broke the belt and I noticed the beater bar was not turning well. I ordered this bar alone with new belts and installed. The wife says the vacuum is working as good a new.

Cheaper than buying a new vacuum!
The brush roller fits and functions perfectly for my Bissell Cleanview Model #2490. However, the belts are a little smaller than the original but that's fine. I mainly needed the brush. My original brush was in rough shape and this was much more cost effective than buying a new vacuum.

Solved my vacuum problem!
Our vacuum cleaner hadn't been picking up very well and discovered the roller was broken. I was happy to find this replacement. It was very easy to install. I really like the brush that comes with it and have used it for other things too! My vacuum cleaner now picks up quite well. I have 2 dogs + 2 cats, so i'm very thankful my vacuum is in good working order now. 😀
