Fun Project case, and Great for small servers
I enjoyed building my first NAS / Server in this case and I would definitely recommend the The Jonsbo N4 if you’re building a compact home storage. No case is perfect and it often depends on what you want to do with the case.Pros:Stylish and compact design: The walnut wood front adds a unique aesthetic that feels premium and cozy.Terrific storage capacity: Six 3.5″ HDD bays plus two 2.5" SSD slots in a small mATX chassis are impressive.Flexible motherboard support: Works with both Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX boards.Solid build and neat assembly: Despite the compact size, assembly is largely hassle-free. I didn't run into any issues for my build as long as you gather and plan out your build.Modern ports: Handy USB-C and USB-A front connections.Where It Could Improve:Hot-swap limitations: Only 4 out of the 6 HDD bays are hot-swappable, which is disappointing for a NAS-focused design.Cooling & noise: Luckily for me, I don't run very intensive services on my NAS, however if you do plan on it, I would say that the low-profile cooling option for your CPU and the constant running of the hard drives may not work well with the lack of Cooling options with this case. Perfect for a small Minecraft server or a Home Storage, but may run into issues on a higher load.Tight internals: Cable management and PSU fitting (particularly with SFX units) require patience and planning.TLDR;If you want a compact NAS with a sleek look and generous drive support, the Jonsbo N4 is a fantastic pick. Just be ready to upgrade the fan, plan your cable routing carefully, to run into less issues. Build it smart, and you'll have a beautiful, capable case that delivers.

Excelent enclosure with some slight issues
Unsurprising to anyone this case is somewhat cramped to work in. Anyone with any system build experience could have called that. What couldnt have been called however was how obnoxiously bad the included fan is. When i tried running the NAS i built in it over night all i could hear was this low pulse constantly through the night. Eventually i turned it off from my phone and ordered a noctua fan for it. Upon inspecting this bundled no-name fan i noticed it had a very pronounced wobble which was likely the culprate of the awful noise. After a fan change and opting to use the 4-pin fan header on the motherboard instead of the 3-pin header on the daughterboard the acustics arent bad (and the cooling is ever so slightly better)Another issue that is minor for me but could be major for someone else: be sure to observe the length of the motherboard power connector on your PSU. You want something thats over long so you can route it off to the side and back around instead of straight through the front side as doing this will make the top 2 drive bays un-usable. Not a deal breaker for me but if you had planned on using all avalible bays this could be an issue for you. This probably goes without saying but i highly recomend a modual PSU to pair with this case because, as stated previously its very cramped and while you have basically 360 access to the top chamber you dont have the same ease of access to the bottom chamber. If you are planning on using this case for a system that does more demanding tasks than acting as a home storage or media server i would probably look elsewhere as there is only 1 120mm fan mount and there isnt a lot of room for a GPU or a good cooler for a modern high end CPU. Still for a NAS for a home lab or media server it's beautiful and functional.Ps: also be aware that there is a green indicator light on the daughter board that is very apparent in the dark. I mention this because i was unaware of it until i had gotten it up and running and i couldnt find infor about this anywhere prior.

Quality and Features one has come to expect with this Brand!
I had a special "non-NAS" need and frankly hadn't heard of this brand before. Jonsbo and especially this N4 version turned out to be EXACTALLY what i was looking for .... and i honestly think i looked at every case on Amazon over the course of two weeks. Quality was excellent, plenty of ventilation, provided fan was fine, room for extra if needed, good cable routing, both fixed and hot swap drive connections (and with room for a few extra SSDs in the top if needed (I will have 6 HDs, 4 SSDs and 1 M.2 ... with both a USB 3 and USB C on the front front panel (11 drives .... yeah ... it is a special application) .... And for those who care ... it is "Ikea Kallax compatible" if it matters. The white with genuine wood gives it a nice elegant touch for what normally would be a more industrial product.UPDATE: when fully loaded (or overloaded in my case - 11 drives) .... the need for more ventilation other reviewers have noted MOST DEFINATELY IS a thing for the lower drive bays. ..... but as mentioned above ...plenty of room to add more which I WILL be doing! Still a great case!

love it, but I’d never buy it again.
i love the look of this case, and it has great overall size with just enough room inside. I appreciate the potential for 4 PCIe cards, and room for 6 HDDs. however, what the hell was jonsbro thinking making a NAS case with ONE exhaust fan? I’m running a small media server in this thing, I need a little more cooling capability.

Recommended for your NAS build
This case is an exceptional value, If your looking for a small form factor Nas case this is absolutely perfect. The build quality and materials are high quality. Building in this case is tight but doable. Cable routing for the 8pin CPU isn't great but no one will see that. There is a spot on the MB tray that can be cut out to run the 8pin CPU cable through, I didn't because it's not that big of a deal to me. There is no reset button on the front of the case. The front panel connector is a solid connector not individual connectors. This case is an item that I can highly recommend.
