GAME CHANGER!!!! Where do I start. My two kitties Missy, Willow and I love, love, love our PetSnowy. I tried four different brands, one being the Whisker Robot (with its great big gaping mouth for all to see and its exorbitant price tag) until we settled upon this wonder of a machine. I have had it for over a year, I put a new bag in twice a week (it tells you when it’s full) and there are no nasty smells or litter tracking. It is quiet and very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. I personally love that my girls have a little corridor to pop in and do their business in peace with no one peering at them. Anyone who owns a kitty will know how proud and private they are, they loathe being stared at when they are on their throne. The app is fabulous and really easy to use. It readily connects to WiFi and another cute feature is the way it tells a little story about how long your kitty was in the Snowy and the cat’s weight (not always absolutely accurate but what self cleaner is….). It is still able to differentiate between my girls so I know which one has been in, how many times, how long etcetera. I am very on top of their health so it’s good to know their toileting routine. The cherry 🍒 on the cake for me. There is a grill which sifts the litter (one larger/smaller) and I have been using the wrong one for quite some time. Because of this and my lack of attention to the matter, it began to clog and malfunction. It was still under warranty but rather than getting parts I asked for a new machine. Kevin from customer service was outstanding. The level of care is beyond. This company are leaders when it comes to service and of course they are an American company based in California 🇺🇸. I’m English but no one gives service like the U.S. I bought a faulty machine from China and they wouldn’t even entertain a replacement or refund and I was out of pocket by over £600. I also have to give a shout out to Amazon because the communication, the service, no quibble refund policy and if any parcel goes walkabout not being delivered to the right space by the courier, it is taken care of immediately. They also make it very easy to liaise with other retailers. All in all I am a very happy bunny. Thank you PetSnowy team and Amazon. I would give more stars if I could. ❤️🐾

My 17 year old cat Daisy loves this litter tray. I bought it recently as she is no longer wanting to go outside to do her business and likes a clean litter tray, but if Im at work I can't clean it as soon as she goes. It's bigger than I thought. I have had to have the top lid flap and curtain open, as it's very dark inside, otherwise she is very anxious about going inside. Once she's used to it I imagine she'll be fine with the lid closed. The weight measurement is always wrong. One minute it tells me she's 1kg then 2 the 3. The pet snowy is quiet and works well. The access ramp is quite high so I have had to put a little step at the entrance to help her get in. I haven't noticed an odour, all in all I'm happy with my purchase just a few little areas to tweak. Daisy is happy to always have a clean litter tray even when I'm at work.

We purchased this litter box as both myself and my partner work full time and having an auto cleaning box helps to keep the litter fresh throughout the day. The product was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time. Product was very simple to set up and works amazingly. Both our cats warmed up to it within a week. It is very quiet when going through cleaning cycles and has almost completely removed the smells a typical litter box has. The only issue we have its that when weighing the cats, this isn't accurate at all so can't be used to monitor pets weight. Also purchasing replacement bags and fragrances can become very expensive. Pet snowy also only offers 2 scents in their fragrance system and neither smells the best. Overall the product works well but can become expensive to maintain.

I've had this automatic litter tray for 2 years now and omg it's the best thing I've bought for our cat. There's no smelly odours or the need to clean it everyday. The bags for the machine from the company is expensive so I just use generic bags and make the holes myself and it saves me a lot of money.

This is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. For £500, I expected a premium solution to litter box odours — what I got instead is a constant, overpowering smell that fills the entire flat. The design is fundamentally flawed: the waste bags underneath the rotating globe don’t stay sealed, allowing horrendous smells to escape constantly. We’ve tried deep cleaning it several times, scrubbing every corner, and even using odour-neutralising sprays. Nothing works. Within a day, the awful smell is back. The irony is that our cheap, basic litter tray did a far better job at controlling odour than this high-tech “solution.” Instead of making life easier, this machine has made things much worse. It looks nice, sure — but it doesn’t serve its basic purpose. Save your money. A normal litter box and regular cleaning are far more effective than this overpriced, overengineered, completely useless device. I’m genuinely shocked something this expensive performs so poorly.

I’m honestly really impressed with this self-cleaning litter box. My cat took to it super quickly, and it keeps the litter area clean with almost no effort on my part (which I love because I’m definitely lazy). The odor control is great too ,as the sealed waste bin really keeps smells locked in, so the room never smells. It runs quietly, the safety sensors give me peace of mind, and emptying the waste drawer is quick and easy. Setup was simple, and the sleek design actually looks nice in my place. Overall, it’s saved me a ton of time and hassle, and it’s been 100% worth the investment :D

Ich schreibe so gut wie nie Rezensionen, lese jedoch gern gute, um meine Kaufentscheidung, zu treffen, insbesondere welche mit verifizierten Käufen, die weder subventioniert noch aufgrund eines kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Produktes, verfärbt wirken. Ich möchte echte Erfahrungen geteilt bekommen. Mein Sohn hatte sich das Taschengeld anfangs aufgebessert mit der Übernahme der Aufgabe der Katzentoilettenreinigung, jedoch semioptimal ausgeführt, also um Stress zu vermeiden, übernahm ich es selbst, sind es doch schließlich meine Katzen, normal EKH. Trotzdessen, dass ich mehrfach täglich die 3 Hop In Boxen siebte, regelmäßig die Behälter wusch, war die Geruchsemission sehr stark. Die Kids regten an, ich solle doch mal ein selbstreinigendes Katzenklo probieren. Die Preise haben mich fast ohnmächtig werden lassen und auch die meisten Rezessionen, hatten mich nicht überzeugt, bis ich auf PET Snowy stieß. Auch hier ist der Preis, selbst am Prime Day, eigentlich höher als ich je außer Tierarztkosten im Jahr bereit wäre für meine Lieblinge auszugeben. Diverse Videos bei YT später, lange schon auf der Wunschliste, bestellte ich noch nicht überzeugt, dass es wirklich so gut sein könne wie es kommuniziert wird. Wurde recht schnell mit zwei Mann geliefert, hier war ich doch kurz geschockt, ob der tatsächlichen Dimension des Paketes und dem eigentlichen Produkt, weil es in einer Nische des Bades stehen sollte. Nach dem sehr intuitivem Einrichtrn mit der App, der Installation im Bad, sind meine neugierigen Katzen beide gleich mal zum Untersuchen hineingegangen und haben es nun 2 Wochen später super angenommen. Es stört sie weder das Reinigen noch das Desordorieren (Lüften mit Duft mit dem weißen Duftkästchen, sehr dezent und angenehm). Ich hab die Ratschläge zur Annahme des PET Snowy befolgt und eine der drei alten Hip In Boxen stehen lassen und täglich weniger gereinigt, so dass die peniblen Herrschaften kaum eine andere Wahl hatten als das stets herrlich sauber neue PET Snowy mit einem Teil „alten“ Streu’s mit neuem gemischt, zu nutzen. Dies tat ich immer auch mit den normalen Katzenklos, bis sie die Hop In Boxen vollständig angenommen hatten, weil meine Katzen „Scharr- und Wurfmeister“ für Katzenstreu sind. Das herum fliegende und überall sich verbreitende Katzenstreugranulatproblem löste ich mit einem großen ordinärem Teppich von dem schwedischem Einrichter, den ich täglich mehrfach absauge, weil ich gern barfuß zu Hause laufe und hasse, wenn etwas unter meinen Füßen haftet. Auch, sollte sich mal ein Malheur ereignen, ist der Teppich mit Kunstfasern schnell mit einem Reinigungsmittel wieder schier! Heute steht es aus Platzgründen und auch aufgrund der besseren WLAN-Abdeckung im Flur. Man riecht höchstens mal die 2 Minuten nach der Nutzung bis zur automatischen Reinigung, dass es benutzt wurde. Sonst ist es sehr stylisch und mein absoluter Gamechanger. Über die App lässt sich alles fein steuern, Szenen erstellen und man gewinnt einen Einblick, wer wie oft und wann „unterwegs“ im PET Snowy war, wenn man die ID der Katze(n) erstellt hat. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der so wie ich nicht mehr jemanden bitten möchte die Katzenklos zu säubern, wenn man mal übers Wochenende oder vermutlich auch mal eine Woche mal nicht zu Haus ist. Zu wissen, dass es einfach gut läuft, und man höchsten jemanden bei einer Störung bitten muss, sich dessen anzunehmen, ist einfach großartig! Wie in anderen Rezensionen, würde ich ebenfalls gleich empfehlen das “feine“ Sieb nachzurüsten, damit auch alles raus gesiebt und entsorgt wird. Erst war ich auch ein wenig echauffiert, wie teuer die Entsorgungstüten für die Abfallschublade sind. Bei näherer Betrachtung und nun zweimaligem entsorgen in zwei Wochen, komme ich zu dem Schluß, dass es mir das Geld absolut wert ist, in jeder Hinsicht. Zwei Müllbeutel in zwei Wochen ist vollkommen legitim. Zumal bei Lieferung 30 Beutel dabei sind, kommen wir wohl ein halbes Jahr damit aus. Die Komplett Reinigung ist so super und easy, kein umschütten, nur den Entleerungsknopf drücken am Gerät oder in der App, Tüte aus der Schublade holen, die sich sehr durchdacht fein zusammen falten lässt, um sie nahezu Geruchs belästigungsfrei in die entsprechende Tonne draußen zu entsorgen. Trommel, Streufangmatte, Streumatte der Trommel, hatte ich alles einfach so heiß ich es händeln konnte in der Dusche abgespült und dann mit einem weichen alten Handtuch getrocknet. Wieder zusammengesetzt neu befüllt( ich nutze ein 3,99€ feines Klumpstreu eines roten Dicounters mit weißer Schrift im Namen mit „O“ mit Babypuderduft) nach dem Selbsttest mit der „R“ Taste schnell wieder einsatzbereit. Nach drei Tagen muss mal ein wenig Streu nachgefüllt werden, was über die Serviceklappe easy ist. Ich gebe PET Snowy eine 5/5 und würde 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte, auch wenn ich mir das feine Sieb noch nachgeordert habe, ist dies nur für mein Wohlfühlfaktor, schließlich verstehen unsere Katzen eh nie, warum wir Menschen immer alle „Feindabschrecker“ immer gänzlich entfernen, richtig? Sollte euch die Rezension weitergebracht haben, freue ich mich über euer Feedback als Reaktion hier auf, vielen Dank. Ich werde ggf. noch mal nachjustieren, wenn doch noch irgendwas unstimmig oder nicht optimal laufen sollte, um eine authentische Rückmeldung für die Kaufentscheidung zu geben. Update: 4 Monate vollste Zufriedenheit, ich kann absolut nicht meckern. Nach wie vor bin ich überzeugt, dass es neben den anderen Produkten, die ich inzwischen von PET Snowy erwarb (alles bis auf die Trockenbox, meine Katzen würde mich killen😂, wenn ich nur wagte sie in die nähe von fließend Wasser zu tragen!) unfassbar bereichernd war, diese Katzentoilette zu erwerben. Es riecht praktisch nicht mehr nach Katze, einfach unfassbar gut!

Ótimo produto! Minha gata levou um pouco a habituar se apesar de utiliza la logo ela é muito curiosa e interrompe a limpeza pois vai espreitar para ver o que se passa lá dentro.. penso que com o tempo irá deixar de o fazer. Já passou 1 semana e mudamos e saco, em termos de cheiro está ok estou satisfeita. Esteticamente a caixa de areia é linda e fica bem em qualquer divisão da casa. A tampa de cima veio com um defeito e não encaixava bem e não deixava os sensores funcionarem correctamente mas o apoio ao cliente é excelente e enviou me logo uma tampa nova! Recomendo!

初めての自動トイレ。自動トイレは色々あってどれを購入するか悩みましたが、信頼できそうな企業であること及び友人が使っていることが決め手となり購入。デザインはおしゃれ。機能も素晴らしい。トイレ掃除から解放されて助かってます。期待を込めて改善点を上げるとすると、掃除ボタンと中の砂を全部出すボタンがわかりにくい点です。一回間違えて押してしまい、その後放置してしまった結果なにもないドームの中で愛猫が用を足す事故が発生。後処理に相当苦労しました。私のミスでしたが、かなりわかりにくいので次回わかりやすくしてくれると非常に嬉しい。

The customer service is great! They respond very quickly and help you troubleshoot your issue. If it's something they can't fix, they will send you a new box and you can return the other after you receive it. They are very polite and they try to make everything as easy and convenient as possible. The box is great too! Very quiet, very little odor and super easy to clean. My cats got used to it very quickly.
