Worked well unclogging our printer which wasn't printing at all. Now it prints! Followed instructions found on YouTube and it was very easy. I recommend this - kits don't have to be too pricey.

Got the old printer with dried out ink up and running again. Yay!

Although I could not clear my clog, I think the product was good quality and easy to use. My printer was needing much more that this product could handle. Still think the product was good.

Use the printer more often so you don't have to clean it. Print black. Print color. Worry less about wasting ink than having to clean it!! I can't imagine any cleaning kit being easy. The itty bitty tube to fill the syringe was beyond a hassle. It was messy. The black prints better but not like when it was new. I read reviews for several kits and didn't find any that made other kits sound better or easier.

Fast delivery. Produced what was expected

The instructions were hard to follow . They skipped from step 2 to step 4. I tried to post a picture of that but don't know how to do it. They said "place the printhead in the petri dish, and pour cleaning liquid in (Note: not over the midline of the dish)". It took me a while to realize there wasn't any petri dish. By going to different you tubes I eventually figured it out. I made the mistake of buying two of these kits. .

This kit plus a YouTube video saved me hundreds of dollars … without it, I would have had to buy a whole new printer! It was super easy to do, and the results were amazing. All my printer nozzles were clogged solid, but now I’m printing up a storm. Highly recommended! Deserves extra stars for the amazing customer service. I would *definitely* buy this again, and from the same company. They’re just so darned nice!
