Great product helps me through my training sessions enormously no bad side-effects doesn’t affect sleep pattern

I train in the evenings and wanted a pre-workout that wouldn’t keep me up at night, and this one is perfect. It gives a great pump and steady energy without any jittery feeling. The beta-alanine gives a slight tingle, but it’s nothing uncomfortable. The Blue Raspberry flavour tastes great, mixes easily, and has no weird aftertaste.

I've taken pretty much all pwo supplements over the years. I train at night and struggle with sleep so tried this. The pump is good and it tastes nice. You do get the beta alanine tingle (which I like) however don't expect a massive surge of energy. Worth getting for the price especially if you like training late.

When you need a boost before a workout (or even just a busy day) this powder is fantastic. Caffeine can be a bit "much", but this powder gives a gentle stream of energy when needed and doesnt affect sleep, if taken late in the day. Tastes good without a nasty aftertaste.

I used to use preworkouts years ago and wanted to try one again mostly just to increase motivation to get to the gym (I find once I've taken it, I'm guaranteed to get out of the house and hit it). The itches were quite intense the first time I took it (this is from beta alanine, if memory serves), but I soon got used to it and just getting into exercise and pushing hard mostly makes you forget about it. I did feel a slight increase in performance from using it when deep into a set so will continue to use it for now

The taste is great, it doesn't taste chemical at all. The Scoop is about 15 grams. You have to put a little more for the recommended dose (19 grams). Free caffeine, perfect if you already drink coffee or energy drinks. I recommend it

I was a little hesitant to buy this based on the reviews talking about the face tingles, I used to be a competitive bodybuilder 10 years ago and getting back into the gym after such a long time without training, I still remember the sensation from using high doses of beta alanine and never really liked it. I use the recommended serving of this product and feel zero tingling on my face or even ears so I guess it's down to the users genetics as to wether you will feel it or not. Now, onto the actual performance.... It's basic. I have used this daily for a month, as it is without stimulants I have used it as is and also with added caffeine to compare it to others and as I say, this, for me, was basic. No additional energy, pumps or even extra performance above my baseline. It mixes well and tastes good and it's cheap enough for a month's worth but there are others on the market at the same price that waaaay out perform this. For what my opinion is worth, for me, applied nutrition pump 3g beats this in every respect, energy, pump and just raw need to get in the gym and throw some weight around.
