I also own 2 Hexlcad pans and wanted to expand my collection, but at a lower cost so I searched reviews and came across these and I was skeptical. Honestly, I love them! I’ve used them daily. My first test for a new pan is always scrambled and fried eggs. I used adequate fat- butter on the eggs and there was no sticking and the utensils they came with are perfect! I kept them at a low- medium heat and there was no sticking. I’ve used them for steak, shrimp, ham steaks and more (with olive oil) and nothing has been a disappointment. Take the time to get to know your pans and how they need to be seasoned and don’t scorch them on a high heat and these are great! In addition to this I grabbed an 11 piece set on another site and I’m happy with them all. They are easy to clean with a scrub daddy sponge or dish brush (things I already use). Just be sure to dry them off after hand washing. Take the chance if you’re on the fence- you won’t be disappointed.

Many years of receiving compliments on my culinary skills = not new to using pans. I went from pans that worked well (Henckels Granite) to something that does not work no matter what I try (Henckels Paradigm). Low heat; more heat; some fat; more fat; no fat; shake the pan; use a lid etc, etc, etc. Wrong turn Henckels; but by now you know that.

I ordered these hoping for a nice quality pan that would perform well with easy cleanup. I'm in love! These are the best pans I've ever used with a good heft to them, but not heavy like a cast iron pan. They are a snap to clean up. I would definitely recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

Bought these pans after having Martha Stewart cookware for six months and disappointed. These pans seem to cook well and clean up is easy. Considered Hell's Kitchen but am very satisfied with these for the price.

It was good at first, but after a few days the color started to darken. I wash them after each use, so IO was surprised that the quality is deteriorating. The silver is no longer silver, and inside the color has faded.

These pans are everything they promised .... excellent quality at a fraction of the price. Just wash and season as instructed (found on YouTube) 2-3 minutes on low heat with a spot of oil (used grape seed)...wipe when cooled. When using, always start to heat with oil in pan to prevent fumes and sticking. These are NOT nonstick. Always use oil or butter to prevent sticking. Browns very well with stainless steel/Teflon surface.

You get what you pay for!! Finally pans that work on all burners on my induction oven. I’ve had some cheaper pans that didn’t work well even though they said they were induction friendly.
