Le Creuset Essential Non-Stick Ceramic Shallow Frying Pan, 8"

We've tried three supposedly nonstick pans before finding this gem. It is a keeper! I basically needed a true non-stick pan for making eggs, and this is the winner. I've used it every day for a week, and I am thrilled at the results. No sticky residue clinging to the sides! I will purchase the larger size for omelets and frittatas. Try it. You'll thank me.

I bought this pan to cook eggs in and we’ve used it so much. Replaced a Teflon product and love this - great size, no stick, doesn’t scratch, easy to wash- it’s expensive but worth it.

This is the best pan I’ve owned to date! I love it! Great for pancakes and eggs—nothing sticks and it’s super easy to clean.

This pan worked great for a few months. I babied it because I really liked cooking eggs in it and nothing would stick. Anything left from cooking would slide right out with a gentle spray of water. Then I noticed chips on the edges and I guarantee I was not banging it around. Then it went to garbage. Eggs would stick terribly. It's impossible to clean. I have to scrape it with a silicone spatula to get some of the stuck on eggs loosened. Then scrub it with a soft sponge to get most of the rest out. In the end, no amount of cleaning will get it clean. It's going in the garbage.

I didn't realize a good pan could make such a difference when cooking eggs. My omelettes always come out perfect with this pan. It felt like a splurge spending this much on a frying pan, but I don't regret it at all.

I expected a great pan. It is. solid, great ceramic coating. I think this will be used for years instead of replaced in a year or two

Fantastic pan! Nicely sautés vegetables. Unlike other similar price range nonstick skillets I’ve had, the pan readily becomes hot when I use it at half or less of my gas burner capacity results in a pleasant brown finish on vegetables and meats when I want that effect.

Top quality, nothing sticks! When doing pancakes, no fog like on cheaper tefal pans

Indécent. Je suis un grand fan de Le Creuset, j'ai gardé une poêle et un wok pendant pratiquement 10 ans en en faisant un usage régulier. J'ai fini par remplacer mon ancienne poêle, en fin de course, par celle-ci. J'ai lu la notice en entier et j'ai respecté toutes les consignes, y-compris le premier huilage, la montée en température lente, etc. Au bout de quoi... 3 cuisson? Tout accrochait, oeufs, steak, légumes, et pourtant toujours avec de l'huile ou du beurre! Je vais simplement jeter cette poêle et la remplacer par une autre, d'une autre marque. Le Creuset, vous faites quoi là? 160€ pour ça??? Je préfère et de loin n'importe quelle poêle de supermarché! Une si belle marque, quel dommage! J'ai mis une étoile parce que sinon Amazon n'accepte pas le commentaire; mais une étoile, c'est déjà trop.
