This Pilates ball is great quality and exactly what I needed. It’s the perfect size and firmness for both regular Pilates and pelvic floor exercises. My physio recommended these, and I can see why. It provides just the right amount of support and resistance. It feels durable and holds its shape well. Really happy with it.

A good product

Got to use for physio excercises, nice and soft but strong enough to use repeatedly. Easy to inflate but agree with other review easy to lose air when trying to replace bung but doesnt need to be full pressure so okay. Ideal for my physio, nice colour and good price.

Good use for Pilates class . Very easy to use .

This is good once you get it blown up. However you need a 2nd pair of hands to put the stopper into the ball the nanosecond that you withdraw the plastic straw you blow the ball up with. Once the straw is withdrawn the ball implodes immediately.

Good purchase - using for physiotherapy exercises on left foot. Only drawback was that I found it quite difficult to inflate - keeping the air in whilst inserting the plug to stop it escaping. However, once inflated it's a very good for my needs.
