I’ve had this arm rest for a couple of years now, and honestly, it has completely changed how I use my desk. I spend hours playing games, writing, or typing, and my table is too small to rest my arms comfortably. This arm rest really helps with the pain I usually get, especially in my wrists and elbows. It supports my arms perfectly, so I can focus on my work or gaming without constantly adjusting my posture. Even after years of daily use, it is still surprisingly durable. The seams are starting to wear a little, but it hasn’t affected the overall support or comfort. I love how soft it is while still being firm enough to actually relieve strain. My long typing sessions are much easier now, and I don’t get that usual ache in my arms or shoulders. One thing to note is that it can leave marks on tables, especially white ones. It’s not a deal-breaker for me, but if you care about keeping your desk pristine, you might want to put a small mat under it. Overall, this is one of the most practical and effective desk accessories I’ve ever bought. It’s simple, ergonomic, and just works. This was great for the price unfortunately mine did break easily after a couple of months partly my fault but the plastic mount couldn't take much of a knock. Personally if going for a long term item I would choose a metal frame in future. However it was comfortable to use when it was working

Just installed it and why I can see some reviews were concerned about durability, they may be correct, but I think once you are aware that it is plastic, albeit, strong, its very impressive. Easy to install, although the main tightening hand screw is tough when you get near the top, but does provide a great grip. As mentioned, only just set up, but I am happy - it's ideal for what I need. UPDATE. 4 Weeks later and this just snapped off my desk! - didn't sit on it, jump on it or do anything other that what it's intended for. There is a design fault - the plastic is just to thin. Returning to Amazon for a refund.

So glad that I brought this, I spend alot of time at my desk and over the last 6 months, have noticed that I am getting elbow ache / pain, I have a keyboard wrist support, adding this gives extra support to my left arm, I have had it for one day and have genuinely felt the difference. Fits my desk perfectly, easy to install / clamp on.

When I first took this out of box I didn’t think it would work . The gripping part seemed to small and I thought it would be falling off frequently . I even put it back in the box to return it . However I tried it , it’s secure, comfortable , and works well .

Only fits desks with no mental bars underneath to front, otherwise will work perfectly and protects arm from wrist and elbow pain, very strong and sturdy worth the money
