Spend money on better brand
Instructions are absolutely horrible. Customer service was helpful at first but then gave up after a couple of communications. The electromagnet itself did NOT Function at all had to find a replacment. The hardware is cheap, every screw sheared off when trying to screw them in pre-drilled holes.

Installed four days ago for our Archery facility.
So far, the system works as advertised without issue! We are very happy with it. We have used all of the provided RFID cards and need several more!! We need to learn what specific Rfid cards we need to purchase going forward. The instructions for programming the cards aren't very clear to follow & we are still struggling with that step, specifically CODE/CARD combination.Will post video at the 30 day mark.

Product is usueless withiut mag lock brackets.

Complete waste of time and Money
Product purchased and installed to the book.All wiring to lock put in place and magnet works.However, a slight push or pull will separate the lock .I told my 6 year old to push it and she does pushed it open.Total and complete waste of time and the money.Do not buy, not worth your time and MoneyNegative zero rating if possible
