Best Ones I've Found
I've purchased smaller versions, thinking these might be too big. But these are great. Just be careful after you fill them and transport them to your freezer. Of all the brands I've purchased, even the smaller sized ones, these are the easiest to get out the ice blocks.

Need a tray to carry
Great molds. 3 blocks fit vertically into an Igloo water cooler and last.Only complaint, they are just a little too thin to carry from the sink to the fridge. Often spill if you don't use a tray.

First Impressions of Ztomine Ice Block Mold for Ice Bath - Extra Large Ice Block Mold,2-Pack Ice Bath Ice Mold, 5lb Ice Block,Ice Maker for Cold Plunge or Coolers, Reusable Steel Reinforced Silicone Molds, cold plunge ice mold⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-stars✅ Thick Silicone Mold✅ Top rim is wire-reinforced✅ 5 lbs ice block✅ Pair of molds - make 2 blocks at once✅ Affordable❌ Mold gets squirmy if filled to the topI’ve used silicone molds to make interesting ice cubes before. However, this is the first time I used a large mold to make a big block of ice. The mold looks like it could be used to bake bread (and it probably could). A gallon of water is 128 fluid ounces and weighs 8 lbs. When I filled this mold with water, it contained 5 pounds of water, plus minus – which is roughly ⅝ gallon. I weighed the empty mold and after I filled it with water. The mold weighs just under 11 oz. and when full, 5 pounds more.Once the mold is filled with water, it gets squirmy; the walls of the mold can shift if moved too quickly. It’s important to move the mold steadily to prevent spills in the freezer. The long sides of the top rim are reinforced and are stiff. This is so helpful because without the reinforcement, the fully loaded mold might collapse under the weight of the water.I ordered this mold to make large blocks of ice. Large blocks of ice stay cold much longer than regular refrigerator ice cubes and melt slower. Pound for pound, these large blocks of ice also take up less space because they are rectangular/square in shape. If I have a big deck party and need to keep drinks cool, I can start making blocks of ice a week in advance to store in the freezer. These ice blocks are also great for fishing or camping coolers – to keep things cold for extended periods of time. Thanks for reading and hope this helps.
