Great product purchased as a replacement for a faulty button. Quick and easy to install and works a treat.

Product delivered in good time. Fitting instructions easy to follow and product took about 10 minutes to fit.

Item arrived earlier than quoted, fitted as replacement for existing original button that had never been very satisfactory having to press hard and hold the button in and recently would only work intermittently using 'full flush', cistern now working correctly and every time on reduced and full flush with only slight pressure on the button.

Short flush is inconsistent, sometimes requiring several pushes to activate. Not sure it justifies the expense.

The replacement is excellent and easy to fit and the price paid is considerable less than at other outlets. It came in good time and in its original manufacturers box with instructions.

This unit de gassed almost as so as it was installed. Only purchased in Oct 2024 and within a day or so it started to mis behave. Sometimes it won't flush, sometimes you have to 'pump it' to get it to work and other times it flushes but without any power behind it. Really poor and I feel let down. Trouble is I am going to have to buy another as I cannot find a similar size elsewhere
