Works just like the mane brand for a great price. When you have a dog constantly finding the remote and chewing it up, this is a great replacement and/or spare for the price!!Set up was easy, buttons work fast.

If I needed this 10 more time - I would buy it. I have only had it for 2 minutes. It's already paired and the number functions worked without me having to reprogram anything. I was pleased that it was not easy for the cover to come off. It has s nice smooth but textured feel. And most importantly - I only have to press the button once. My previous remote - made my fingers build muscles lol - from pressing 1 button 5 times to make it work.EASY to setup and useVoice control works w/o issueMy batteries are old but it did not stop this remote from pairing - with fire tv remotes its usually the opposite

Have had a bit of trouble with the volume control. Doesn’t always respond . New batteries in the remote. Rest is great!

The media could not be loaded. It works!!! After trying to decide which replacement remote I was getting this time, thanks to my children who seem to lose them regularly, I settled on this one. I am so glad I did! It took me 2 times to get it to pair with the FireTV, but not a big deal. The instructions are simple. The most difficult part is pressing 3 buttons at once. Even though the instructions say it is only compatible with specific brands of televisions, it still worked with mine. I’m glad to report it works with my 20 year old Pioneer. Also, I didn’t realize that the remote even has the Alexa find my remote feature. That’s an amazing feature children or adults who regularly misplace it. Volume control works well too. I’ve had remotes that only adjust the volume in increments of two. This one allows me to adjust it in increments of one. Finally, the remote doesn’t feel cheap. It’s not the feel of an OEM, but at this price, it can’t be beat.

Remote worked great. I didn’t have to set it up, program or pair it. Unpacked it, put in some batteries and started using it.

Works very well. Nice to find a reasonably priced replacement for a malfunctioning remote.

I've had this remote for just over two months after ours was lost to the inside of some furniture, so I didn't want to spend TOO much because we may fish the other one out some day. First and foremost - if you want to turn your Fire TV on and off, navigate around apps, and watch things, this remote will do that job for you.It does, however, also regularly turn the TV on at random when it's off. That might be the leading cause of why its battery life is terrible. I've just had to change the batteries after two months of use. Surely a small remote isn't that consumptive of electricity?Anyway, it works, but it's pretty mediocre. And I'll probably end up spending more on batteries in a year than I spent on the remote in the first place.
