My husband really likes the features of this multivitamin. The fact that it's gluten-free and Non-GMO means a lot to me. I was thrilled with the 45-day supply, which is great value for money. The energy boost is noticeable and his immunity seems stronger. The rich content of Vitamin A, C, D and B-Complex vitamins is a big plus. Quite pleased with the quality and benefits of this supplement.

These gave me good energy but I did get the "stomach lurch" that always makes me question if I should keep taking them. I always take them with food and the lurch comes on at about the 45 minute mark. Never get too nauseous, but I prefer not get any discomfort (the BEST is Spectro's Energy formula!).

I think this a great balance of vitamins and minerals. I just re ordered

I had been taking this multi vitamin for over 3 months now, honestly, I haven't noticed any changes in vitality, energy or other improvements that supposedly provide. I guess it will have different effects in different persons. The vitamins for the price are a good buy so if they work for you, great.
