I did not have high expectations for this shampoo, but it is really a great product! I have very fine, color-treated hair and most shampoos wind up leaving a residue and are too heavy for my hair. Not this one! This is a lovely, I'd say clarifying, shampoo. It smells wonderful, leaves your hair clean and soft.

This shampoo was EXCELLENT at cutting through greasy, smelly, sweaty, oil saturated hair after 3 days of moving! It made my scalp tingle, it feels fresh, didn't strip my hair, it cleans REALLY WELL and still moisturizes! I have below-the-shoulders length, fine, naturally platinum and silver hair that is somewhat wavy. My hair held waves and was not fuzzy or "cotton candy" looking after air drying. It was soft, full, shiny and CLEAN! Best part...it's fragrance made me immediately think of Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookies! P.S. I'm 65 now and have been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1981. I've been a hairdresser/make-up artist with a very strong background in product knowledge since I was 21 and I'd say it's VERY similar in effectiveness to Paul Mitchell Shampoo 2 and Morrocan Oil Clarifying Shampoo. Please note that my heading says "GREAT clarifying shampoo for the price." Also please note that I have fine, wavy hair without a chemical process of any kind. I also do not blow dry, curl or straighten my hair. If your hair is chemically processed and/or you use heated styling tools...you should do further research. It's always important to protect the integrity of your hair and scalp. If your budget is not permitting you to buy your favorite salon product right now and you NEED a clarifying shampoo, this COULD BE a great alternative.

I wish they still had tee tree oil and mint but rosemary and mint is pretty good too. Great product. I have oily roots and dry ends and this shampoo handles all of my hair beautifully. Plus it smells great!

OMG! Really clean hair now. Did not dry out. Scent is very very light. Size is good as only use now&thin. Using blonde shampoo-hair vitamins and needed a clarifying shampoo.Hot my blond hair. Shiny & Strong.

I really liked this shampoo. The smell especially which is a really nice mint scent. It removed all oiliness from my hair as well as buildup and my hair was so clean it was almost "starchy". I would definitely use a good conditioner after words to bring back softness but as far as inexpensive clarifying shampoos go, I felt this did a really nice job. It did make my scalp kinda tingle (but not burn) though I could see it potentially burning if you have some sort of open cut or something on your scalp (sort of like lemon juice on a cup) - I assume that's from the mint and would be expected. I actually liked how it felt on my scalp though. It felt like it was doing its thing (and the result seemed to agree with that assessment)

I originally bought an OGX rosemary mint shampoo in a drug store (Walgreens), and it was double the price. But it was AWESOME. Super clarifying. Super sudsy. No residue. The whole family, boys and girls, loved the scent and the clean it gave. So I bought replacement here on Amazon…. The bottles are different, but I figured it would be the same. It’s NOT the same. The scent is still great. I can’t put my finger on what the difference is, but it doesn’t soap up the same way and doesn’t give the same clean, so obviously it’s a slightly different formulation. Overall I’d still recommend it but disappointed that it’s not the same as what I bought (from the same brand) in a store. Pictured: drugstore-bought bottle on left, Amazon-purchased bottle on right. Also, the description of the product on the drugstore bottle is so sexy and the description on the Amazon bottle is so bland. I honestly feel like this might be a scam?? Is that possible? lol why am I so disappointed. I looked forward to showering with this and now, disappointment. Get a life lady.

Leaves my hair nice and shiny! I don't do well with a lot of shampoos but so far with this one I have not had any issues with my scalp in the last month of using. Instead I have nice clean hair that shines. No flakes either since starting this. I use it 2x a week and followup with a conditioner. Very happy with the results.
