I was a little dubious about such a small device starting a marine diesel engine, but research on the net persuaded me. With my boat on a swinging mooring and a dead engine battery, I ordered one for delivery the following day. It arrived on time, charged to 75%. Using the recommended 63A charger, it quickly charged to 100%. I took it out to the boat and connected it, where it performed brilliantly. The engine turned over and then burst into life. Problem solved. The case that comes with the unit is a nice touch; good quality and keeping everyting, including the (not included) charger, together. THe higher capacity charger may be a good investment if you are in a hurry. I plugged in and saw the display count from 75% to 76%, 77%, 78% in front of me. If you're not in a rush, your phone carger might do but if you're racing the tide, worth the extra money.

My husband looooves this. If, like us, you don't use your car often, it's the perfect solution for run-down but not worn-out batteries. It doesn't take much power to use, meaning you can leave it in your car for multiple-charging jump-starts. An added bonus is that it can even charge your phone (!) so in the event of break-down, we don't have to worry about being stranded for hours with no way of calling for assistance. It's super easy to use, doesn't take up much space in the boot, and has taken the stress out of knowing the car won't start because it's not been used for a week. Really can't rate it enough; we should have bought this years ago!

Product worked fine for the 3 or 4 times I needed it. Then 6 months after I purchased it the charger died and was useless. I’m now in the process of finding out where I stand on warranty. On contacting the supplier, I’m pleased to say a replacement was sent to me promptly. The faulty unit was returned for evaluation. So I am now satisfied with the service log WolfBox.

After reading other reviews I decided to buy this one as it had the capacity to turn over larger engines. I never intended using it to start my tractor but one cold morning I used it to start a 4.0ltr deisel tractor engine. After turning the engine over three times mainly to get the fuel through it started. I don't think the starter motor has ever turned over so fast! Still showed 54% after this so I am impressed.

Just arrived today so haven't needed to use it yet. Having read the instructions it seems perfect for the job it's intended for. I've got it on charge, as the instructions advise, but the quality really does seem to be 1st class on inspection. Comes with it's own carry case so you can keep it all together. Also has a built-in light which is a bonus.

Just bought (2) for both our cars. Weather has been very cold, Good condition car batteries had to be jumped 3 times just this week Dec 11th 2025 in extreme cold. My having to find someone to jump car with my jumper cables not being able to get a hold of my husband to come help from accross Huge City, I am female and cannot push my car in neutral into a position to maneuver the car so cables can be attached to another vehicle if blocked by other cars in parking lot, or up against a sidewalk both sides of car blocked with vehicles and no occupants, so this charger was important. WOW!!! Just now got them at my doorstep, flipped through manual,, its ALREADY CHARGED from package at 76%!!!! I walked to driveway ,attached it, and BOOM! Started car up in cold weather. This us a Total game changer for me, no anxiety about coming off midnight work shift wee hours of the morning in the dark when no one really out and about to help with my car, now I am set, independent and have confidence.
