The Diablo Ultra Finish 7 1/4in., 60 Tooth Circular Saw blade offer the quality that fine cabinetmakers expect with the capability to handle the extreme conditions of professional construction. Diablo's blade produces a remarkably clean, chip-free cut that requires little to no sanding. Ideal for crosscutting oak, pine, melamine, veneer plywood and delicate molding. Review: Purchased this blade to cut the miters on a high pressure laminated counter top. Saw blade cut the counter top perfectly without chipping or leaving a rough finish. Kind of expensive for a single job, but well worth it because it left a perfect professional saw cut. Review: Fit my saw perfectly and using the masking tape method I cut butcher block very cleanly with no tear out. The teeth are very good quality and didn't burn the wood and left a comparable cut to the factory edge.

I use a little Kobalt 7-1/4" chop saw for cutting wedge segments for my segmented bowls. These 60 tooth blades give a good smooth cut for gluing and last quite awhile. Now, I'm usually cutting hardwoods, domestic and exotic, for my bowls. I don't get much sap or gum from them like one would get from the softer woods. A lot of time, blades seem to be dull when all they really need is cleaning. I soak mine in Simple Green for 20 -30 minutes and then give them a good brushing with a stiff bristle brush (NOT Metal). Cleans them up and put them back to work.

Good blade if you want to cut plywood and leave a nice clean edge.

Cuts great, leaves a nice smooth finish with minimal chip out. Super easy to install. The really thin kerf is nice too for reducing drag on a battery powered saw.
