Just used this and I am very pleased with the results. I spent ages reading reviews and comparing ease of use etc.This is easier than I could have hoped for. Few bits to click in and off you go.Just like vacuuming, no buttons to press to release water, just back and forward.I found the noise not too loud that I wanted earphones on, the noise seemed proportionate to the suction and dirt coming out the carpet.Easy to clean.Drys quickly.As heavy as hoovering. Pushes forward easily, on the backward motion the suction makes it harder to pull back but it's not hard as you go slow.

Very happy with my purchase.Got delivered the next day (Prime), in perfect condition. All parts accounted for.Relatively easy to assemble and once you go through the instruction manual once or twice, very easy to use and figure out how to assemble/disassemble and clean the parts after use.I do recommend thoroughly cleaning all the necessary parts after using. It collects so much dirt and hair (both ours and our cat's), that you don't want to leave it without a good clean before putting it away.You'll mostly go through the purple cleaning solution for the Deep Clean option. The bottle you get included, covered the living room carpet, the bedroom and the landing upstairs. Will have to order a refill to finish the rest of the house (the stairs, spare bedroom and office). Gotta admit, I went over the same areas a couple of times, as these carpets have not been properly cleaned in years (only really vacuumed and spot cleaned when needed).The dirty water tank does fill up pretty quickly, as it can only go up to a certain level before the carpet cleaner lets you know the tank is full, and it won't allow you to keep cleaning. A definite bonus.It collects a lot of hair. Definitely does the job. It leaves everything looking and smelling fresh.The living room carpet was a bit damp for an hour or so. It dried up fully relatively quickly. Having your windows open for ventilation definitely helps.All in all, after only using it once, I'm very happy with it. Will definitely order a refill solution, and make it a regular part of my cleaning schedule.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Shark carpet cleaning machine, and I must say, I am very impressed with its performance. It’s incredibly easy to use and has significantly improved the cleanliness of my carpets. The suction power is outstanding, and it does a fantastic job of deep cleaning and removing even the toughest stains.One of the things I love most about this device is how versatile it is. It works on different carpet types and can also be used on upholstery, making it a great multi-purpose cleaning tool. The design is lightweight, so it’s easy to maneuver around the house without feeling fatigued, and it’s also easy to clean after use.I’ve noticed a huge difference in the freshness of my carpets, and they seem to stay cleaner for much longer. The Shark carpet cleaner is also very quiet compared to others I’ve tried, which is a bonus.

By far the best carpet cleaner we've had. Even my partner commented on how clean the carpet looks - that's a first. Easy to use, it controls the water spray (so no drenching) and carpet was dry within a few hours. Stair attachment also easy to use although only reached the first 5 steps before having to balance the cleaner going up. As others mentioned, there's a lot of starting & stopping to fill/empty tanks but it's a welcome break on the hands. Solid plastic handle grip was giving me blisters - some light padding would have been nice & something I'll maybe add to the handle myself. Despite the amazing results & ease of use & loving almost everything about the cleaner, I dropped a star for the unexpected mess it leaves elsewhere. My glass table was covered in splash marks (also my mac keyboard & track pad on the table) and the lower part of the TV screen splashed. Had I known beforehand I would have made sure items were covered (see photo of table/TV)

Great machine. Easy to set up, use and clean after use.It performs brilliantly. I really couldn't believe how much dirt it removed from what I thought were a relatively clean carpet and rugs.To be fair, other than regular hoovering they hadn't been cleaned in this way before, but wow, what a difference.My only negative point, all be it a small one is the capacity of the dirty water tank. It frequently needs emptying. 0.85 ltr compared to a clean water capacity of 2.3 ltrI don't know why it couldn't have been designed with similar capacity tanks.That said, I'm glad I bought it as it does a good job and is built well. It also has a five year warranty. Recommended 👍

Best bit of kit I’ve ever bought myself. She’s lovingly named Minging Mertyl. Not found a kid, dog, or cat stain she’s not able to attack and remove yet and with 3 feral boys in the house she’s definitely put to the test. The only issue is the machine is quite heavy but between the car and the house we’ve really put her to the test over the past year. No breaks and still working as well as she did the day we got her. It’s a fairly loud machine but definitely worth it for the power behind her. Super easy to take apart and clean meaning no funky smells left inside and comes with enough attachments that you can get any part of the carpet. The hose is long enough to do most of the stairs with her on the ground floor and the tank holds a reasonable amount of water. Actually works better than the rug doctors you rent in Tesco and works out that you’re saving money by year two on rental prices when you use it every three months like we do ( for the big carpet cleans, it’s out every few days for spot cleaning )
