These are heavy-duty pipe holders, with TWO bolts instead of the usual one bolt to hold the pipe. These replaced pipe holders on my dock where the bolts were both small, and were so hard to turn that I was afraid that I would shear them off. I did have to drill 4 new holes in my dock to attach these, but they work well! Quality hardware! They are powder coated or painted with a heavy (thick) paint that should protect them for many years (they appear to be made of steel).
