This supplement is made up of several different strains of probiotics. Overall two capsules contain more than 3 B CFU of probiotics which is considerably more than most probiotic supplements. I like that cranberry extract is included as well for urinary health. Highly recommend!

I haven’t been taking these for long and I already feel a difference. I can’t wait to see the overall experience. I’m a mother of 3. 2 toddlers and a 3 month old baby and it’s really hard to do self care but these help me continue giving my body the TLC it needs. My energy has increased tremendously and I feel healthy overall especially in the gut area. Definately recommend these to all women especially moms.

Great women’s probiotic. Takes care of our digestive health while also taking care of our feminine health. I’ve been using these everyday and can definitely tell they work well. I am very impressed with them and they are easy to take and a pleasant scent to the pills. I have not had any weird side effects.

I specifically bought this to help with vagina itching, odor and recurring UTIs. BUT, this product did the exact opposite for me. After one week on these pills, the itching increased significantly as did the odor. Quite frankly, the itching is very painful. I'm going to stop taking them for now to confirm this is in fact what has caused my discomfort. I'll update this review after confirming. Bottom line, this was an expensive product that compounded an already recurring problem.

Listen… I got this for all that it says it does BUT somehow this has also curbed my strong appetite for snacking!! I have had a bad habit of waking up just to snack for years. Well the first day I took these, I didn’t snack that night. The second day, I didn’t snack at night. I thought it was a fluke, but the third day, I also didn’t wake up to snack!! I’m so shocked because I’ve had that problem for years!! Aside from the claims of what it’s made for, I’m super happy at the unexpected extra benefit I got.!! I can’t say everyone or anyone will get the bonus of a curbed appetite but I now feel the need to research this brand other products! Very happy!

If you're looking for a women's probiotic that works well, increases energy, gives you better sleep, and has natural ingredients; then look no farther! I purchased these for my wife and she has noticed an immediate difference since taking them. They are very easy to take with water. Although they are a little pricey, they work well and we will be purchasing again.

These are ok , no real taste. Just started so will put an update in a few week. Easy to swallow.
