Megachef Bottom Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser

It's the most functional, comfortable, and economical thing I could buy for my house, since with the dispenser my children have all their needs met.

This water dispenser did exactly what I needed it to do, and once it unexpectedly stopped doing so, the company was very quick to remedy the situation while being very pleasant to deal with. Before this issue, I never had a problem with it, and would buy another if I had to. The dispenser itself isn't the quietest thing when refilling the water reservoirs, but my dishwasher and ice maker are much louder. The paddle-style buttons are easy to use, and the tray is removable so that my largest water bottle (64 oz) fits easily. I like that the hot water temperature is a bit higher than other dispensers on the site, although I wish the cold water were a little colder; a little ice fixes that easily. All in all, I would recommend this dispenser.

Excellent product. Keeps water temperature hot and cold perfectly. It has a very nice look , no noise. Very happy with the product. It fits 5 gallons of water.

This product is good. Water is filtered and tastes good.

The unit was easy to install and after plugging it in and switching on the hot/cold water it has been working for the past 4 months up until this past week when the cold water spigot started dispensing hot/warm water. It was very strange but it seems like maybe the condenser stopped working? I've contacted customer support but have yet to hear back from them. I really want to like the unit as it hasn't given me any trouble up until now but for any water dispenser to stop working only 4 months of service is really disappointing. Final rating is pending on response from the company. (UPDATE 11/16) Customer service received my complaint and was prompt in their response and sent a complete replacement. It has been working great so far but will update if any other issues arises. Hands down the best customer service I've received in a while!
