Game changer!
Game changer! If you are having hernia issues and need to have surgery, this is a great brace to wear while you're waiting for surgery. I can't speak highly enough of how much it greatly reduced my pain. I would not hesitate to anybody to purchase one of these if they had a hernia issue. Here is an example of the size so that you will know what to purchase. I ordered a medium. I am 5'10 215 lb. It is adjustable. If it's me just fine. Once again I can't speak highly enough of this product. I put it on first thing in the morning, where all day, I actually forget that I even have it on. In the evening once I take it off that's all the reminder I need of how good the product works because the pain comes back with every step once this brace is off

Better elastic, longer lasting tension. Much better hook and loop fasteners.
Significantly better than most of the other brands. This product uses higher quality elastic material in the straps and a better type of hook and loop fasteners. These straps last longer, maintain their strength and the fasteners grip better. Other brands loose tension and gradually loose fastener grip.

Snug in a good way.
I have tried a few of these and this one feels the tightest against my body. Now I am not sure if that will be a good thing in the long run but what I appreciate with this one is that the straps that Velcro up front have the ability to pull it more snug against you compared to others that were limited in how tight you make the straps. So far so good.. none of these things are fun to wear but this one certainly is a good tight fit. I am about a 42 in the waste and the Large version is just barely big enough.

Comfortable & adjustable belt
Well made, more comfortable than my white one from the medical supply store that costs more! I like the option of different size adjustable & removable soft velcro pressure "pieces". Highly recommend until you opt for surgery to repair with mech!

Effective and Comfortable
Effective productComfortable2 minor issues:1. Velcro is short-lived....i wish they used something other than cheap velcro2. It bulges out in the groin....roo visible...I wish it was less conspicuous.

Good quality and good value for money. Would recommend.
Never write a good unsolicited feedback before.Got this 5 weeks ago and use it daily when I was travelling overseas with a new, small but painful hernia.Like it compared to other brands because of the better construction of the Velcro strap ends which did not curl and frayed at the end as reviewed of the other brands. It stays well and in shape even after washing.Easy to take it off and on, even though I may not need to do that going through TSA.Size of the truss appears to be big and ordered the small size for my 35" waist. The waist and the truss fit well.Like the 2 size pads and easy to change and stays in place. Now using it for postop hernia repair to avoid hurting with sudden coughing and sneezing. Will probably not need it for long when recover from the surgery.

Pads are unsuitable, very unsutable
Pads poke! Use the pads from a regular "drug store" type truss instead. Better yet, just buy a regular truss, the shallower pads in a regular truss can help many hernias heal. Steep and deep pads like those in this unit can minimize healing. Of course, it depends on the cause and nature of the hernia. Amazon has many types, so do your research before you buy.

Not Very Good
Looking at the picture, you can tell urinal use is difficult to impossible. That said, I had high hopes. The one good thing about these is that the velcro is MUCH better than my other hernia belt. Unfortunately, the design seems flawed. No matter how much I tighten it, there is always room for me to slide a finger in and the belt doesn't hold the pad against the herniated area firmly enough to hold it in. Maybe it works for someone, but that someone is not me.
