I was, and am extremely skeptical of everything, but thought I'd give it a try for under ten quid? It took around 45 minutes to create the very slight light - headedness and mild thirst that these things can induce .. and did what it said on the tin. Later I noted [it being my first time with this product] that I felt quite warm / hot .. and very relaxed .. but It for the duration, took about 20 years off my mouse .. and produced a dirty - rat! I was very surprised, and still am? Cheap and cheerful .. will use again!!
