1 out of 5 pairs has hole after one wash.
Merino wool is my favorite material: It doesn't absorb sweat and wicks it away from your skin. However there is a downside... out of the 5 pairs I bought one of them already has a hole in it with one wash. Merino wool is prone to this so make sure you wash it in a laundry bag away from other clothes (especially if you're washing it with clothes that have zippers or velcro). Hope this helps!

DUDE! But seriously how GREAT.
Ok to start I would like to say I own one other merino wool boxer brand. And I love them for it is really true about merino wool. It works better then any and I mean any synthetics and I've ridden moto track days with synthetics and they smelled bad after the day. Merino wool doesn't and I've put them through the ringer with days and days of hiking with out washing just hang drying. I can be a spokes person for merino wool and maybe one day I will :)So as for these boxers. I have to say DUDE ! Due to the longer length of the boxer and as I written above I'm very active person. They say in place.I've done yoga I've done Pilates Ive kayaked for hours at a time I've worked 14/16 hour days in the heat with them. And my results are amazing. They stay in place I truly don't recall a time I've adjusted them at all. Mind you I've only had them a few weeks but so far they have stood up to a lot. In the near future I'm planning on going camping/hiking/kayaking all in one trip. I'm not a review guy at all (merino wool has got me) this product compared to my other very well know name brand pair well as for them I just wear them in none heavy activities.By far these are my new favorites for heavy activities and of course they work great as an everyday boxer. So to some all of this up.Wear greatHold up wellWash wellI can wear them for days with out washing(the key is to air dry them)Great for active life stylesYou do not even notice them on.I'm very impressedI bought 3 pair.PS I didn't get paid or anything. I did catch them on a slight sale. But I would be more then happy to pay full retail for them.I will post pics and update this when I have time. Thanks for readingPeace and positivityFor the love of activities and relaxation.Go with great comfort.Update 6/5/19Just wanted to write a quick update review. I still have the same 3 boxers. They still have a perfect fit from waist to thighs. Still very comfortable. Still hold up to long days of activities.Side note. I wash them on cold/cold and hang dry them. Sometimes when I’m in a rush I dry them or they accidentally end up in the regular wash. Even then they still stand up. The best boxer I’ve owned. I look forward to replacing all of my boxes with these.Hope this helps.Stay activeStay positiveWear merino wool its that good. Thanks Apex.

Never going back to regular boxers
Let me tell you, I have tried other brands and these have held up the best. The thick waist band is definitely a winner. These boxers do not ride up the thigh and I feel very comfortable all day.I will never go back to regular boxers. These are very quick to dry and have noticed that they do not hold odor at all. I will order a few more pairs very soon!!

One year and they’re done.
Purchased two on 11/22/2019, so I guess this is two days shy of a one year review. These were comfortable, great in the summer, not much smells after long work shifts. I was in love, even bought a couple more several months later. There were a few cons at first, I did have the pilling as others mentioned, but went away after a few washes. The tag was uncomfortable, I cut that off. Sadly, after a year, this is what they are looking like. I’m not sure if it’s because I throw them in the dryer with my other laundry, or they just simply aren’t made for active people. But this is where I’m at now, and I’m moving on. I can’t pay these prices for underwear that only last 12 month.

Best Boxer brief a man can own.
I went from cotton to polyester to MERINO wool. This is not hype, it is the real deal. I came across merino wool when researching best fabric for winter. Good thing with merino wool is that it self regulates so even in the summer you're covered. At first, i was shocked by the price as i was used to the whole 4-5 in a pack for around the same price as one of this. Made the plunge, ordered one and that's all she wrote. It is about 8" long so, it does not ride up(trust me that's a deal breaker). Being Antibacterial, it does not stink up like polyester however, that does not mean you should be putting this on for 4 days straight because that's just nasty. Anyways I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. I ordered 3 more and planning to buy more in the future.

I was so happy with the first 6 pair, I ordered 6 more.
True to size = tickComfort and stretch = tickValue for money = tick.Quality of manufacture and materials = tickThese APEX Boxer Briefs fit true to size and are comfortable from first wear. I got the Large size and they fit firmly but loosen almost immediately, but not too much to become a relaxed fit. Great price point and quality for the market they're competing against. I was so happy with the first 6 pair, I ordered 6 more.

Pricey, but well worth it.
I only purchased one to see how my husband liked it before I decided to purchase more since they're pricey. My husband said he wore these 2 days in a row (because you can) and he said they were amazing, no issues. But the next day he had to wear a cotton pair while I washed these and he said after a couple hours the cotton ones were already bothering him. So now we know where the chaffing is coming from. I will gladly purchase more of these in hopes to not hear my husband crying this hot summer. (He's a mechanic) (he was not really crying, but he got pretty damn close)
