iSpring RCC7-BLK, NSF/ANSI 58 Certified, 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, RO Water Filter System Under Sink, Drinking Water Filter, 75 GPD, Stylish Black RO Faucet

This is my second purchase of an iSpring RO system. The instructions are always very clear and easy to follow. For anyone looking to install a RO system into their home and get great tasting water I would recommend iSpring system. All things needed to install are included with the system. The tank and filters fit easily below the sink and offer great value for the amount of clean water your family will use. The only issue we had was the faucet included began leaking and dripping consistently even with the handle off. Not a big deal and I didn't want to return the whole system just because of it. It is also a bit small and didn't seem like the best quality. Not to worry though, we swapped it out with another one that was higher and they are relatively inexpensive. Although our kitchen setup didn't allow it, in previous RO installations, you can route this to your fridge to allow your icemaker and water to come out clean. Also you can route the waste water outdoor rather than the drain too. We used this water to water small plants directly outside our home. Most people don't realize there is "dirty water" that is dumped as part of the RO process. This is of course at your own risk but just some ideas to utilize the RO system to its full e4xtent. Overall, I would recommend iSpring's line of RO systems for their value and ease of install.

Very easy to install other than having to work under the sink. The filtering process really leaves me Great tasting and clear water, highly recommend. After about two weeks system devolved a leak at a 1/4 union and had to call customer support which was outstanding. Michele in customer support had a quick response and sent out the replacement part the same day. Really very happy with the system and the quick response. I've always said to build life time guest when problems happen it's how well action is taken to correct the problem and Michele has definitely earned my support!!

This system was easy to install, but I received a faulty filter. I registered my system on their website and let them know about the filter. Nick from the warranty department was quick to reply and send a filter replacement with extra parts. Their customer service is amazing. As for the system, the water tastes so clean and is refreshing. The unit fits perfectly under my sink, where I don't have much space due to my farmhouse sink. The tank capacity is a good size and we have continuous flow of water. I live in Vegas where our water is extremely hard and was using the filter in my fridge or buying water bottles. I tested the TDS with a water meter and got the following results.Tap water: 360 ppmFridge water: 257 ppmRO water: 18 ppmIdeal drinking water is 0-50 ppm

This system has worked out fantastic for us. We have a high mineral content in our water but this filter has put that issue to bed. We the faucet did start leaking after about 1 month of use. However, we wrote to the support email address at iSpring and John shipped us a new improved faucet right away. I waited 4 months to see if the new faucet would leak and it has not.Great product. Great support. We will get another iSpring if we should ever need one in the future.

As a parent I have always been worried about the type of water my kids are drinking. We have tried many water systems, but this one is fantastic. This system fits easily under our sink not taking the counter space up in my small kitchen. The water tastes great and this RO system makes for an easy and great way to always have fresh, clean water available to my kids!

Easy install. Seems to work well, Need to test water to check performance. No leaks. Sad it's made in China or Taiwan. Reason for four stars.

Purchased this product and I will say that installation is very pain less and easy to install. The 1 issue I have is with the nozzle provided. Looked up what others had to say about the product and it is pretty common for the nozzle to be defective so I feel the company should look around for another manufacturer. Also the company was initially hard to get a hold of since I was only able to reach someone from my persistent calling after I had left messages. I will say that once I was able to get a hold of Nick, he was very helpful in resolving my issues and responded immediately to email after speaking with him on the phone. If both of the above issues were fixed I would leave a 5 star rating for the product and company.

Great customer service, I had a question and called the company. Nick was knowledgeable and very helpful. I have 2 systems and my water is excellent. Highly recommend.
