Lenovo 500w 2-in-1 Laptop... it was a piece of junk!
I had previously purchased a Chromebook that was renewed. It came in excellent condition and worked as it should. However, when I ordered the 'renewed' Lenovo 500w 2-in-1 Laptop... it was a piece of junk. The USB ports were so dirty I wouldn't even try to use them... the battery was dead... the case had a scar on the top and inside was a paper sticker the previous owner had evidently used to show their password. No one had bothered to even look inside the unit prior to shipping it to me. The unit was also very dirty. It was advertised as a Windows machine which I needed to down load several of my favorite apps, however, it was actually a Chromebook which would not down load my apps. I got my return label within a half hour of receiving the unit and dropped it off at UPS within a hour. I have always been treated with respect by Amazon and the folks at Amazon have always treated me more than fair. So disappointed with this other seller. If there was a zero rating, I would give it!

Adequate low cost backup!
Bought the 12" screen, so symbols are small. But I am legally blind and just us an HDMI cable to pipe the image over to a 19" monitor. Also, no DVD/CD player, but this is a backup. Otherwise, works just fine even as a recon job...and I am rid of that EVIL, DISGUISTING, FORBIDDEN, Obsolete Windows 10. Freedom at last! So, get off my back Microsought!
