I had an issue with my Sylvox outdoor TV when it was damaged by a sudden gust of wind. Although this type of damage wasn’t initially covered under the warranty, I reached out to Sylvox’s support team for assistance. Their communication was prompt, professional, and empathetic from start to finish.After reviewing my situation and escalating the matter to a supervisor, they offered to replace the TV at no cost (aside from shipping), which was far more than I expected. They were clear and transparent throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about resolving my concern.The fact that they stood behind their product and worked with me so professionally speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Good picture and audio on an outdoor television. Exactly what I was looking for in that spot. Was not hard to install.

Replace
Had a problem with this particular TV but I called customer service and they were excellent in resolving my problem. This TV had been sitting in my garage in the original box since September 2024 die to the patio redo took longer than expected so I was disappointed that the TV didnt work but once I contacted customer service they replaced r d and even upgraded te TV. You won't go wrong here!

Updated Fixed the problem
Somewhat decent picture. But if you're going to build an outdoor tv make the controller Bluetooth because this one SUCKS in the sunlit outdoors. You might as well use the the controls on the tv it's self except they don't control everything. SO you have to put the controller 3 inches away from the receiver slot. Very disappointed for this kind of money. The sound is bad too so you'll need to buy a decent soundbar. They spent all their money sealing the screen.UPDATE their customer service went above and beyond. They replaced my tv and it now works as it should. I would still suggest outdoor speakersUpdate- Customer service is pretty good. Sent me a new controller so Bluetooth will work except for power on and off.

Amazing product and service team!
The first TV we received worked for about a month and then would only power up/down at the electrical outlet. We contact product service team via email on Sunday. The product service team engaged their engineering team to evaluate the technical issue and determined that the product needed to be replaced. The replacement TV was received on Wednesday!!! The product service team provided a shipping label for the exchange. Could not have been quicker or easier. Special thanks to Sunny for all the communication and support!!

Decent TV, rare sound issues
EDITED 3/4/2025: It turns out that the Sylvox customer service email system has some sort of timeout. They emailed me pretty fast after I first reached out for assistance, but then I was traveling and unable to respond to their follow-up for a week or two. Which was bad timing on my part, but I sure didn't expect their system to completely block me! I emailed them regularly for months, getting more and more frustrated at the complete lack of response, but they never received any of my messages since their system filtered me out. I finally left 1-star reviews, which they could see. Then they immediately reached out to me again. They still couldn't receive my responses to the original email chain, but I was able to communicate with them using alternate email addresses. I sent them a PDF attachment of all my previous emails that they had missed. They were very apologetic and sent me new equipment to test out. The sound issue persists (only with early-2000s DVDs!) but they found a workaround for me. They have really been working hard to make it up to me and I no longer think they have bad customer service- quite the opposite! Thanks to Sunny, Maggie, and Ian for their assistance!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought my Deck Pro 2.0 in July 2024 to use in a poorly sealed garage converted to a home gym. The TV is pretty reliable and I'm relieved that I don't have to worry about extreme heat or dust damaging it, since I live in the Chihuahuan Desert.However, it has one really annoying quirk. The sound always fades drastically on a handful of specific DVDs when the audio peaks (e.g., clapping during an aerobics routine). It returns to normal about 10 seconds later. I tested the DVDs on a different TV and did not have this issue, so I know it's not a flaw in the videos. I also tried using different DVD players - the audio always cuts out with the Sylvox no matter which DVD player I use, but the problem does not repeat when using those same players with my cheap indoor Samsung TV. I have tried several different audio settings (normal/cinema/music) on the Sylvox. I tried turning off Dolby sound and I tried turning off the dialogue enhancer. Nothing helps. It is really frustrating that the audio is constantly cutting out in the middle of these DVDs.I emailed customer support in November. They wrote back asking for the serial number (which I'd already given them but okay, I sent it again) and a video of the problem. I sent those in and haven't heard back from customer support since. I have emailed them several times over the last couple months and have not received a single response. I'm beyond aggravated!
